Extremely disappointing experience with Good Greek. Highly unprofessional. My move was scheduled with a confirmed arrival around 12:30 PM. The crew did not arrive until 3:49 PM, which caused me to miss my move-in window and forced an overnight delay. This resulted in additional hotel expenses, travel disruption, and a completely avoidable logistical mess. The larger issue came afterward when reviewing the invoice. The billed labor hours and material charges did not align with the actual work performed.

Using this moving company was the worst decision I ever made. The owner is a former cop and I feel like all he did was teach his people how to legally steal people’s money. The building I moved into has security guards and they told me that these guys were “professional time wasters”. They made sure they ran over the time the building would allow them to move us in (5pm) so they could keep our stuff hostage and charge an overnight storage charge and then charge more for a second day of delivery service netting…

ignore the fake 5 star reviews. I am typically not one to write negative reviews, but my recent experience with Good Greek Moving in Miami compels me to warn others. My move from a 1-bedroom apartment in Miami to a storage facility turned out to be a financial nightmare, costing me a staggering $3800, with $900 attributed to storage alone. The initial attractive offer of $159 per hour is highly misleading. Be vigilant and read the fine print!

Hi Brian, the one & only as he claims! We are extremely disappointed with how this move was handled. When we called Good Greek, you quoted us $407, which included 2 hours of moving time plus 30 minutes of travel each way from East Boca to East Fort Lauderdale. We clearly explained that we had very little to move and that 90% of our items were already wrapped, so this should have been a simple, quick job.

I give two stars because we had them move some furniture after my parents passed and they did a decent job for a few small items. So we figured we would use them for our full move last week. What a disaster. We paid for 3 guys but we barely got two. One guy was 'sick' all day so he spent most of our time in the truck increasing the cost. One guy it was his last day at work so he didn't care about anything.

0 stars if I could! Absolutely unacceptable experience with Good Greek Moving. I booked my move a full month in advance and clearly stated that everything needed to be completed before 5 PM. I was told I would receive a confirmed arrival window two days prior — that never happened. On moving day, I had to repeatedly call just to get any information, and the movers didn’t show up until 2:15 PM.

Make sure you have someone supervising them without fail, and expect to pay a lot more by the end of it. I traveled down to FL to help my folks move 10-15 miles away. If you have anything expensive and don’t want stolen, bring it yourself or watch them like a hawk. My folks have moved all over the world and have never had this issue before.

The crew arrived on time, handled our furniture and boxes with care, and worked efficiently throughout the move. They were professional, friendly and communicated well during the entire process. Steven and Jemil from Good Greek Moving and Storage were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived before the 8–10am window and did not stop working for a full 12 hours. They packed every single thing in my one bedroom apartment and were incredibly fast while still being extremely careful. They handled my belongings as if they were their own, packing everything with so much care, and they did not even take a break. I originally paid for packing and the move only, not unpacking.

I was very pleased with the Good Greek Moving experience. I had to change the actual moving date almost a dozen times, but it never phased the crew at the office. They cheerfully adjusted the date. On moving day the 3 man crew called before arrival and arrived on time and swiftly began to move items to the truck. They were professional and friendly.

These movers were outstanding. Anthony, Isaac and Shawn handled my entire storage move with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude from start to finish. What could have easily been a stressful process turned into a smooth and organized experience because of how hard they worked and how well they communicated.
