I am looking for a moving company and read the customer review of the property damage incident, the refusal of this moving company to admit fault, accept responsibility and reimburse homeowner for damages despite video proof of the incident by homeowner. There also is no response to this review by the moving company. Any moving company that conducts business in this manner, should not be trusted to move someone’s personal possessions. I will hire another moving company.

Honestly the overall service was bad and we are very unhappy with it. Just made a list of what the experience was: 1) The movers left the door of our apartment at 12:40pm and got to my new house at 1:58pm. So even if they left at 1pm (as you say) they took a whole hour, when the drive is only 30m. When I asked them what took them so long, they told me they had to stop to get refreshments, which makes sense because they arrived to the apartment with no water or snacks.
I apologize we fell short and we look forward to discussing the points above with you.
Joey demanded payment before completing delivery. Samsung refrigerator was scratched badly. Offered 60 cents per pound as compensation. Not everything can be wrapped was the excuse. Samsung 55” tv screen was cracked. Since payment was demanded before I could check my stuff, I got nothing for it. Scratched the wood floors in my house dragging the furniture on the floor. Tore my sons sleep number bed dragging it on the driveway. Awful movers. Do not use them.
Hello Steve. Our company policy is to collect payment prior to offload. On a short haul move, like yours, we collect a portion of the balance the day of load and the balance prior to offload at delivery. It is broken up this way to cover services performed.
Whoever was driving this truck today was either intoxicated or high. Ran a stop sign into oncoming traffic. Then proceeded to weave in and out of the lanes cutting other vehicles off. I hope the property inside of the truck is ok and things are not damaged. Will never hire them if this is how they drive.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Our Family Moving and Storage LLC and would strongly advise against using this company. They lost multiple boxes containing expensive clothing items and damaged several pieces of furniture and fragile items during the move. When I tried to get a fair resolution, they offered well below the value of the missing and damaged goods, hiding behind their so-called "legal liability." Instead of taking full responsibility, they made lowball offers that didn’t even come close to…
We are a family owned and operated business. Every day we strive to do right by our customers, employees, and any one we communicate with. We find these words to be misleading. There was effort and sincerity in all of our communications. Are we perfect? We try to be, but perfect isn’t realistic.
This company was hired by my neighbors and when they completed the job the driver of the truck decided to use my driveway as a turn around. When they did this, they drive into a driveway swale on the side of my driveway then onto my paver driveway. This caused the pavers to be pushed down as the weight of the truck was too much. I have a video of this occurring and tried to stop the driver, but they just ignored me and quicky drove away.
Hi Al. We would like to apologize for our driver using your driveway to turn around in. You were not our customer that day and we should not have used your driveway at all. We have addressed this with all of our teams in hopes of not running into this issue again.
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I’m surprised at the number of good reviews. We contracted them to move my mother out of her unit and put her stuff in storage while we secured her new unit. The move out went well. No issues. But while in storage we ran into a few issues. First, finding and closing on my mother’s new condo took longer than expected. At one point she wanted to access her items to pull goods out to help make her transition period a bit more comfortable.
Hey Jon, Can you provide an estimate for moving out of your storage and into the following address? Margate, FL 33063 Also, please advise your upcoming availability for completing the move.
Their estimates don’t mean anything. I went over every item in the move on the phone and they quoted me 511.00 . The final cost was 821.25 which included a 100.00 discount I watched 1 of their men spend 10 minutes wrapping a cushion couch and I asked him why he’s spending so much time on one item . They ended up breaking the leg of the couch anyway . They did send someone to fix it .

From start to finish every employee we met went above and beyond. From the moment we met with Joey for the estimate the commutation was great and we felt very confident. He explained everything they do, what we needed to do and answered a million questions for us. We chose to have them pack everything, at a very reasonable price. The price paid was exactly as promised, no hidden additional charges. The packing team (Audi, Luis M and Mark) called to give us estimated arrival time and where on time as promised.

The experience was pretty flawless overall. Communication upfront with Jon was great, and their customer service is excellent. I had to pay a $100 deposit to secure the booking, which was fine. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected. Three guys showed up all super polite and friendly, which I really appreciated. I was moving from a 2-bed apartment in Fort Lauderdale to a storage unit in Deerfield Beach.
