In their own words
I used them last year. Just horrible. Did they arrive on time? No. And of course this is a concern because most building (including mine) only give you a limited time with the loading dock. They said there were no hidden fees. Guess what? There were hidden fees. I told them to bring a lot of clothing boxes (I hired them to do the move and pack), they didn’t bring nearly enough so their workers just through my work suits on the bottom of boxes. Had to get them all dry cleaned again.
This company is horrible- do not use them!!!!!! They have terrible customer service and do not care if the customer is happy at all. I paid them to move a pool table as an early christmas gift for my hubby- They came and moved it- I looked it over, signed off. My husband while playing on it found that the pool cups were not installed correctly. When I called the company to address the issue- they were nasty and rude and refused to correct the issue- even though they advertise "100% satisfaction" DO NOT USE THEM!!!
We are very sorry you are disappointed with our company. Although we didn't refuse to correct the issue, we did advise you that we would be sending someone out to fix and solve the issue with your pool table but we just couldn't send someone out right away.
Worst place to go to for movers, they claim they called me but didn’t and cancelled the service. Claimed to be calling me since 11am when I received nothing and I was in Manassas, VA with perfect signal. They wanted to say that when they called the phone was “apparently” out of service or disconnected. Then they said they just stopped calling when they were not able to reach me. Don’t recommend at all. Please don’t call and set up anything with them because more than likely they will not come.
Hello, So let me start by saying we’re sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement especially when you called yelling and cussing out our dispatcher when it was not our fault at all. The move was booked late Monday evening for a next day appointment on Tuesday and booked for an afternoon appointment.
Do NOT use this moving company. I called and got a quote of $300. When sent the invoice, the quote was doubled. I then cancelled due to not needing the services anymore and they charged me a fee for cancelling claiming they told me this at the time I called in which they DID NOT.

In their own words
I had an amazing experience with AJ moving & Delivery LLC. ! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They arrived right on time, handled all of my furniture and boxes with great care, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it
Thank you!
I had the best experience with this moving company! I have moved many times and by far this is the best moving company... When I called this company, I was so impressed from the very beginning. I spoke with Mike. He was so helpful, and I felt immediately comfortable. Quote was extremely fair, and they even took some cost off at the end as we didn’t need all the supplies I initially was quoted for.
Thank you for trusting our moving services and hopefully in the future we will be able to gain that trust again!
Great service. Very easy to schedule pick up and drop off. Everything was handled with care and it was super fast. Great price too. The cheapest I found by far.
Absolutely loved the easement and the great communication that was provided prior to and during move. Thank you , you made moving so much easier
Thank you!
