had a great experience with Mi-Box from start to finish. They were able to get me set up with a storage box with less than 24 hours notice, which was a huge relief. The customer service representative, Jane, was extremely professional and helpful. She stayed on the line with me while communicating directly with her dispatchers so I knew right away whether they could accommodate such short notice. That level of transparency and care really stood out. Delivery was absolutely impressive.

Best.Customer.Service.Ever. Mi-Box was being so patient and flexible with all the last minute changes that I had due to all the moving situations. Also unlike Pods or other big name brands, Mi-Box really do care about their customers and try their best to help out to match the customer's need with a reasonable price! The drivers are very professional, where they make sure they call you in advanced to confirm the pick-up or drop-off.

I highly recommend using MI-Box if you're looking for an offsite storage solution. Customer service cannot be beat; I believe they are family-owned and everyone on their team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. I rented a 16' storage unit/box from them for 2 years (2021-2023). The process and terms of service are very straightforward and they explain everything to you from the start. No hidden fees, charges or traps. You schedule a delivery date for your box, you load it, they pick it up.
