I had an absolutely horrible experience with Bayshore Movers and would never recommend them to anyone. Note that I paid $9000 for this move. From the very beginning, the entire move was unprofessional and nothing like what I was promised. Instead of showing up with proper moving equipment and staff, they arrived in a U-Haul — something I never agreed to — and brought along untrained family members, including teenagers, to pack and move my belongings. The result was devastating.
My experience with these movers was ok but not great. Two of the movers including the driver of the truck were very arrogant and opinionated which i prefer not to deal with. In addition, a number of items that i moved were damaged in the process and the insurer that they use was a nightmare to deal with and took forever to process my claim. When they finally did process it, they did not provide me with anywhere close to adequate compensation.
The salesman who came to my house disrespected me and was very condescending as well. He opened doors in my house after I told him not to. He refused to give me a price after we toured my house, and he refused to talk pricing. It was get an email and no negotiation on price, and we know there is always negotiation. He handed me a brochure and proceeded to leave my house, (actually I put him out).I truly believe he didn’t know how to relate to my race( African American).
DO NOT use this company. The movers were OK but they damaged multiple items in the move process. The bigger concern is their after the move service. I filed a claim for the damaged items and it has been 4 months since the claim was approved and still no reimbursement. Terrible customer service, whatever money you may save on the move will be more than absorbed in frustrations.

What a poor job Bayshore did with our corporate move. They seemed nice. We found out they did not care about any our things. As we unpacked we found everything packed terribly. His gopro thrown in a box on it's stand. We cannot find any of his device cords. Broken items everywhere.
Our backyard Cow Buttercream is truly the face of our move with Allied Bayshore Sirva Movers this is her SADLY in what is our moving truck looking like she just came back from IRAQ! Buttercream with me in our backyard less than 2 months …
The people who plan are great. The professional packers and several members of the moving crew where unprofessional and packed out good poorly. They also caused damage to the condo elevator, and they went against the recommended timeline …
Our records do not show any moving services provided to the Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan. As a result we are unable to further address your issue. Best wishes with your claims regarding this matter and the other party.
Horrible experience. Several pieces of furniture lost or broken. The claims process has been incredibly difficult and Allied has not seemed to really care the impact this has on my family while we wait for these issues to be resolved.

We had a wonderful experience with Bayshore/Allied. I have delayed writing this review until everything was unpacked and we could confirm nothing was missing or damaged - and everything has been in great condition! My husband and I moved from Washington DC to Providence Rhode Island in April and were extremely happy with the service from start to finish. John Grimsley did our in-person consultation and his professionalism made us confident in our choice to move forward with Bayshore.

From start to finish, the Bayshore team was great. They worked with me when my dates and requested services changed for my interstate move. I just worked with Bayshore/Allied to move long distance from DC to Austin. Amazing experience from start to finish! I worked with John in the planning stages, he came to do an assessment for an accurate quote. He and the team were responsive to all of the questions I had along the way including a few adjustments to the work. In the end, I paid exactly what I expected to based on the quote. Brian Waldron was great to work with as the specialist who executed the move.

I had amazing teams taking care of me on both packing and delivery for my interstate move. Emerson, Marvin, and Anthony did a fantastic job with the partial packing of boxes and wrapping all the furniture. I felt very confident in everything surviving the move. They were all friendly and answered any questions I had. For delivery we had David, Jerson, and Jhojam. They did an especially amazing job as they had to move all of my furniture up two flights of stairs.
