Unfortunately had a horrible experience with this moving company when they were hired to move medical equipment into my office. This company agreed to move some medical equipment into my clinic, but in the middle of the move I was informed by them they are not authorized and have no insurance to cover moving medical equipment. The equipment needed to be moved into my clinic on the day of the move because a technician was flying 18 hours one way to the clinic to set up the equipment the following morning.
Thank you for the feedback. We'd like to provide some clarity for anyone reading this. This was actually your second move with FLYT, and we're proud of how the team handled an unexpectedly complex situation.
I went to Flyt's website, and booked a move next day as it was listed under the available times on their website. I received email confirmation, and felt that I was good to go. I was called at 8pm for them to inform me that they didn't have movers "due to the short notice," and it must have been a bug on their website. Thats it. She said nothing else. I told them I was going to write a review.
We apologize that you had a negative experience in your attempt to schedule your move with us. However, after numerous attempts to contact you without a response to resolve any issues you may have had without any response we feel it is best to clear any confusion here.

We worked with Cesar and Fifi while moving into our first home, and they did excellent work! They arrived on time, moved everything out of our previous location quickly and safely, and got everything moved into our home safely as well. They did a great job keeping both our belongings and our new home safe, and for a very reasonable price. We really couldn't have asked for better.

They were punctual, efficient, and so friendly. I felt super bad because I had some odd shaped items but they were extremely careful with everything and nothing arrived damaged :) They worked extremely fast to the point I had to call and ask concierge to move up my reservation for the loading dock in my apartment building.
