I selected this company as I found customer service to be timely and organized. However, the packers and movers who did my job were not properly trained and in addition to several items needing repair, all family heirlooms were destroyed. It was beyond a few items broken by accident, it was pure negligence. Use this company if your belongings are from Amazon and can be replaced. Use another business if you have anything you cherish beyond their $ value.
Hi Rochelle, We’re very sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with your moving experience. While your move took place last November, we did work closely with you at that time to review your concerns and provided compensation that was accepted as a resolution.
I didn't use them, but they ruined my front property, I had big rocks in front and had to move them in place, on top the family they were moving, they broke branches off the tree and they did not care. Please do not use them, they are unprofessional and disrespect other people's properties. I can't reply back to the owner, but I do remember very clear the company that was doing the moving and it was you, the drivers didn't seem to care much and at that time, there were 3 of them.
I'm sorry, but I think you may have the wrong company, because I don't recall this happening. We always care, if someone has concerns.
Crooks. Absolutely would not recommend for out of province move. I moved to NL from Edmonton 5 years ago. Bob committed verbally to having my stuff delivered within 2-3 weeks but actually delivered after 9 weeks. Would not give me anything in writing. Lost a couple of boxes of mine. Doesn't actually have professional movers on his staff. Just sent the truck driver and then hired two local guys off the street to move my stuff.
We have a minimum charge for going to NL. It only took 4 weeks . This is not a true statement and was a long time ago. We quoted him a price and did not charge him anymore then quoted. Our policy is payment is due after the goods are loaded or prior to unloading. We are not crooks.
I was very disappointed and frustrated with this company. After a visit it was agreed they would handle my upcoming move. We communicated by phone several times until no one returned my numerous calls, emails or texts. Messages left went unanswered and there was only a week away from move date. Luckily I was able to find a replacement company to look after this move. I’m not sure what happened with this company…no communication
Hi Bob, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Based on your June 26 message, we understood you were moving forward with another company, but when you re-confirmed, we were happy to get your move booked and confirmed it on July 4.
I appreciated the manager reaching out to discuss the unprofessionalism of the crew we had but it still caused a domino of issues for us overall. It seems the crew we had took advantage of following protocol while the boss was away. I'm posting this review because I am leaving a 5⭐️ on the two companies that helped us instead, on short notice and were pleasant and professional.
Hi Jennifer. We are sorry we weren't able to help service your move for you. However, we have a company policy for the protection and safety of our employees, that if they don't feel safe during a move we don't force them to complete the move.
Not bad, they charge extra hour to go back. Movers are not good in assembly and reassembly of furniture. I have 2 book cases with the door installed with the handle inside, not sure how to open it or fix it. Not worth their rate. - I did reach out and they know and aware of the situation and did nothing.

I used Alberta First Choice Moving on March 22nd following telephone conversations with Deno, Luke and Alaina in preparation for the move. All 3 were extremely helpful and very patient with my many questions. I was very impressed by the on time arrival and professional service provided by Nicholas & Anthony. They treated all my belongings with care and ensured they were well wrapped for loading & unloading. They were very efficient at both ends of the move.
