In their own words
These movers were absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fast. All of my furniture and personal items were property wrapped and protected. They arrived early, finished the job early and even helped take apart my couch and put it back together. Scott in particular was extremely knowledgeable and organized. I felt in good hands throughout the move without any concerns. Couldn't say enough good things about my moving experience today. Great quality moving company at a fair price.
Thank you for the great feedback. We greatly appreciate your business and review. Thanks Management
My wife and I used The Transport Guys for a recent move from BC to Alberta and our experience was seamless!! From initial quote to the drop-off date, Tom communicated with us through each step. A few days before drop-off, the driver, Dave, called me to confirm the address, and this call was followed shortly by another call from Tom, making sure everything was clear. On drop-off day, Dave and his two helpers arrived on time and were super professional.
I needed to move the contents of my Mother's condo after she passed away, to my small home 120 kms away . I phoned The Transport Guys, a person, a real person answered the phone . This was late afternoon Friday of the September long weekend. I got a quote immediately. With a small deposit, they booked me in on the Tuesday after the long weekend. Wow days not weeks of waiting. On Sunday I get a phone call to confirm time and addresses, however I came down with Covid on Saturday , the day after I booked.
We compared many places and decided on The Transport Guys because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed! From the first contact with Natalie, who was very professional, knowledgeable and transparent with every step from beginning to end. The Transport Guys showed up before our scheduled time to review the apartment and decided on the best strategy to load our belongings.
