Worst moving company ever. Disrespectful to us, roughly handled fine furniture causing damage to multiple pieces. When pointed out they denied fault and when argued offered an insulting settlement suggesting could pick up replacement at …
We used this company for our recent move and would NOT recommend. Absolutely disappointed in their service. Multiple items of ours are scuffed, scratched, ripped, dirty or broken. My husband did a significant amount of the moving due to the lack of care, efficiency and professionalism provided by this company. At our new house we had them put the majority of our items in the garage as they couldn’t be trusted to safely put our belongings in their intended rooms.

I used this company to move from kelowna to lethbridge was quoted under 1500 for 3000 lbs Now I am one person yes some stuff in the garage and misc boxes but next thing they call me a day before to pickup a day early and arrive at 7pm. I would say 90 percent was boxed or bubble wrapped. They charged 658 for packing.the tv alone cost 150 for a bit of cardboard. They did not tell me i was over the weight limit when they had finhshed. They did not wear protective covetings on there shoes.

I had a very good experience with this moving company. Their contact was very responsive with getting me a quote and communicated with me prior to the move. The moving guys that did our move were very diligent and professional. They ensured all our furniture was wrapped and carefully moved. They even repositioned furniture after they placed it because we changed our mind. This was a great experience. Alberta strong movers made our move quick and easy. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I used Alberta Strong Movers recently for a move. It all started off with Lisa, soft spoken and very pleasant to talk with, getting me a quote and then booking the date and time. They were prompt and very courteous. Allen was the take charge gentleman and figured out the best possible way to go about loading everything. He also has a good sense of humor. 😆 Jeremy was extremely friendly and I loved the fact that he was the organizer.
