Part one Satisfied and unhappy at the same time. The first feidge delivery was scheduled for Dec 27 at 3:30pm, sixteen days after purchase date. Delivery service called at 3:39 pm to inform of their arrival in approximately 15 minutes, I responded with a request to please unload in the empty 50 foot driveway. Previously I had made sure that there were'nt snowy or slippery conditions in the driveway space.
We chose to hire this moving company for a recent move because they had great reviews, an A+ rating with the BBB, and their prices were reasonable. The process of organizing the move was relatively seamless and the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The team members that arrived to do our move were friendly and appeared knowledgeable and confident in their abilities. Unfortunately for us, the above considerations were not at all indicative of the horrible outcome of our move day.

Had these guys move a piano for me. The movers were great however there was some damage to the drywall at delivery. I reported this the day after and was told a repair would be coordinated with the contractor. After that I heard nothing for weeks. Texts and calls were not returned. After finally getting a call through 3.5 weeks later, the salesman blustered about how terrible this was, said he needed to investigate and would call back in a few minutes. Surprise surprise, no call came.
Showed up to drop off a package. They Left it on the front driveway because the said it could not fit through the front door or gate the the back yard. I asked them to move it to the garage and they said they cannot because they had already set it down. Seemed odd they couldn’t finish the job. Don’t recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Good to Go Movers. The three gentlemen who came to help move my father’s belongings out of Martha’s House were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled the elevator and busy seniors’ residence environment with great care and patience. They were respectful with the furniture and equipment, careful in how they moved everything, and very friendly throughout the process.

Can I give them 10 stars? I would if I could. I could not have gotten my mother moved into her assisted living suite without the help of everyone here. From Amanda to Wayne to the guys that did the actual move, I am immensely grateful. They went above and beyond, helping me in a very difficult time and I recommend them extraordinarily highly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone looking for a move in the Lethbridge area.

Everything from the initial contact to the actual two-part move was fantastic. The office staff were very informative and the moving men were amazing! We had two different crews for the two part move. All of the guys worked hard and fast. No damage to furniture or walls/doors! Not a scratch. Would highly recommend this company.

No stress involved with setting up the move or on moving day thanks to Wayne, Tom, Adam and JJ. Staff are so efficient. The movers were so pleasant, experienced and made the day flow easily. They packed the truck perfectly which was so impressive and handled everything with care. Thank you! Highly recommended!
