Our son used Sentinel Storage Lethbridge North to store his belongings last summer after finishing his first year at Lethbridge College. There was really no reason to bring the contents home to Cold Lake. Great idea. Unfortunately, his unit was broken into and the contents stolen in late August. So much for safe and secure storage. One would think that Sentinel Storage would step up given that a college student was robbed of over $2,800 of contents that were less than a year old. Not the case.

Moved out in March, it's almost August and still have not yet received my refund for my damage deposit and half a month of rent. It keeps getting "lost in the mail" extremely unprofessional.
Locker was broken into several times and each time we brought this to staff’s attention we were told to pound sand. They do have cameras but didn’t seem concerned enough to check them to help us identify who had robbed us. For a charge of over $100 a month, having your possessions stolen is not worth it, go elsewhere.

Absolute rip off!!! They are constantly increasing their prices. We started at $110/month and are now paying $210/month. And they do not send a notice out letting you know they are raising prices...again! You have to pay very close attention to your bills. Staff are also not very friendly. I have cleared out my unit.

If it were possible to give no stars I would have. I used to love this storage rental place and then it was bought by these new owners. Now they've raised the prices ridiculously, they're customer service is nowhere near where it used to be …
Be very careful they seem to change policies on a whim, nothing but broken promises from them. I was a customer for almost four years and they treated me like trash. I will never do business with them again.

BRUTAL, if you value your belongings DO NOT use their services. PS, I find it interesting that the only reviews that give 5 stars say "google user".......

We had to change our locker unit when the movers told us it was too small to accommodate our stuff. Staff at Sentinel was quick at finding us a larger unit at no additional cost. Great staff and good secure units.

I have bad adhd and struggle to read and understand the agreement. Kacie was extremely accommodating and helped me understand what I was actually doing. With friendly staff, well-kept units, and a full walk through of what I'm getting into id say it's the safest and most affordable storage units in town. When a company and its staff treats you like a human and not a paycheck, you owe them the business.
