What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I called Michael before our move to Hampstead as we were coming from the west coast. He responded to my call immediately and put my mind at ease that regardless of when my upack trailer was delivered, he would have a team ready to unload us. He quoted us a great price for the 3 man team. His communication was excellent prior and up to the unloading. His team was prompt for the arrival. Allan, Daniel and Brian worked the morning of July 4th to get us unloaded and quickly.
This review really makes my heart smile!! We know moving is very stressful. We pride ourselves in taking the stress out of the move. Their is no better feeling than at the end knowing we did take the stress out!!!! Enjoy your new home & thank you for the great review Tracy!!!
Mike and his crew are the BEST!!!!!! I have moved a lot in my life and never have I experienced this kind of service. These guys handle everything with care ( no matter what the item is), are efficient, fixed the mistakes/damage from a previous moving company, are careful with floors and walls, GREAT COMMUNICATION the WHOLE time, completely professional, and you get all this for the best quote out of all the companies I had called.
Thank you so much for the great review!! We really enjoyed working with you!! Please call us if you ever need us again!! Thank you again cam!!
I just moved to Wilmington yesterday. I originally had movers lined up (from a fairly respectable company) that were supposed to come and never showed. Didn't answer the phone when we tried calling. Couldn't get in touch with them at all. We got all the little stuff in my new place and then it came time to move the big appliances and there was just no way it was going to happen without some help. I googled some movers and these guys came up. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
I cannot recommend All About Moving's services enough. Truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I moved to the area this past weekend and when I tell you I couldn't be happier with my experience using All About Moving's unloading service, I mean it. The original 10 hour drive turned into a 15.5 hour drive which meant instead of arriving at 7pm we arrived at 12:30am. I kept Mike posted along the way and he assured me that his crew would be there to help us unload no matter how late it was.
Thank you for the amazing review!! We loved working with you Torie!!
