I paid every month with no problems, Tony said I was a month late on rent so he put a lock on my unit while I was trying to move things out. I asked him to take the lock off and that I got paid in a week and he acted like a schmuck on the phone telling me he KNEW, even after months of me being courteous and paying rent on time, that I wasn't going to pay it if he took the lock off.

I have rented different size units at different times and at different facilities and have been very satisfied with my experience. The units have always been clean and easily accessible. The facilities seem very secure and well maintained. My experience with the staff has always been friendly, helpful and efficient.

All American Storage East was the best storage locker experience I have ever had. The premises are clean, the access and lockers themselves a great value, and the customer service is off the charts exceptional. I had forgotten my access code after coming back to campus for the new semester and after calling the helpline, I had my code back within 2 hours ready to access the facilities (All thanks to Megan who is incredible, again some of the best customer support I have received anywhere).

I had a lovely experience with All American Storage East. I kept furniture in a unit for two years. All my furniture was in excellent condition when I moved out from the unit (no mold, no water leaks, no signs of rats or mice). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to pay my bills electronically easily. I strongly recommend this business if you need to keep things in storage.

This is a great place to store your stuff! I have had my stuff here for a over a year the price is the same. The workers r so kind and very helpful. I am on disability and they came to the car for me they go out of their way to make sure customers feel so good and they make sure your stuff is safe. Thank you all American Storage East
