The boys who came to unload our uhaul in Bloomington 6/3/2024 had no experience at all in moving appliances when the girl who scheduled our appointment said they did. They took WAY to much additional time on learning how to use an appliance dolly and how to get an appliance in the door. Stove, fridge, washer, dryer. No clue , no clue at all. They spent at LEAST a half hour piddling with it or more wasting moving time and COSTING ME . They charged me the full amount of time they were there.
Okay service. Needs some work. Employees to do not receive very comprehensive training. When asking about the price of a wardrobe, the supply delivery guy gave me one answer, the pick up guys gave me a different answer and then neither was correct. The correct price was not listed on the website and only found in an email that I did not receive. However, the remedied this in acceptable way. BUT the delivery service was BAD. The delivery window was 2 hours, and I was sitting and waiting for those full two hours.
Beware! Their customer service will lie to you about the pricing and send you a bill with extra charges as they like after you have sent your boxes for storage. There are several other storage options, don't fall for Guys and Dollies. Their …
Came 2 and a half hours later to get my stuff and didn’t even let us know they were running late. Company is run by teenagers and I advise getting an Amazon locker instead to save your time and money

Very disappointed. Be careful scheduling your appointment. Somehow they didn't know my appointment date even though I received email confirmation and spoke to a rep, almost got screwed. BE CAREFUL.

We had an outstanding experience with the Guys & Dollies service! The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The team was so personable, communicative, and responsive, which made what could have been a very stressful part of the college move completely stress free. Every question was answered promptly, and we always knew the status of our shipment. Their organization and customer service gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very busy time.
Great experience at IU. The movers arrived and carefully loaded the boxes onto their dolly and then carried the futon away for storage.
I can’t say enough good things about Guys and Dollie’s. Coming from out of state they made my son’s move in and move out day super easy! Ship everything there and on your move in date they bring everything to their Dorm ROOM! and when you move out they pick it all up and store for you for the next year! All the movers we had were so super friendly ! We blinked and they were done! Highly recommend!
