This company has definitely been one of the companies I would NEVER use again! They held my House hold goods for over 12 months due to military schools (which was fine)! When they delivered my goods back to me, the state in which I gave it to them was not of what I got back! I got a broken washer&dryer (which I bought 2 years before they moved and it was in perfect condition at the time of pick up), high end entertainment center which was missing glass piece door and wires to install speaker, my treadmill was…
I'm an active duty Army officer. In my 12 years of service, this has been by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with when it came to military moves. First, the company sent incompetent packers who ended up taking 3 days longer to complete than originally quoted. Second, they movers lost the the entire shipment in non-temporary storage, causing a 4 day delay in delivery.
1 STAR IS TOO MUCH!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR COMMUNICATION!!! I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT TIME THEY WERE ARRIVING. THE DAY OF THEY ENDED UP IN ALEXANDRIA INSTEAD OF FREDERICKSBURG!!!!! IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS TO BREAK DOWN A KING SIZE BED. AS SHOWN BELOW, AFTER BEING THERE FOR THREE HOURS THEY LITERALLY HAD 12 ITEMS ON THE TRUCK!!!!!!!!! I HAD EVERYTHING PACKED BEFORE HAND. ONCE THERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY HAD TO DO INVENTORY ON THE BOXES!!!! NOT HAPPENING!!!!!!
The communication with Ms. Logan was great until the day of her move. On move day Ms. Logan didn’t answer the phone until well after it was time to arrive at her place. That was the issue with proper communication. As a result of her not answering the phone it out us behind schedule. Ms.
Horrible Experience quoted me a price and then charged me almost double. It took their crew 2.5 hours to move out A couch, chase, mattress and box spring and a few bags. I have had an entire house packed in half the time. Because it was based on time, they moved very slow. Clearly hidden cost.
As a military family and a child who has done 10 PCS moves, trust and reliability during a PCS move are everything. Unfortunately, All In One Moving & Storage completely failed us. They advertise “In Jesus’ name we move,” but there is nothing about how they handled our move that reflects honesty, accountability, or integrity. Using faith as a marketing slogan while failing to follow through on basic obligations is incredibly disappointing and misleading. During our move, multiple items were lost and damaged.
I hope you don't have to claim anything from them. I had my household goods moved into non-temporary storage during my final retirement move from the Army. The packout was generally trouble-free, although one item was damaged in loading. The kitchen, however, was not completely unloaded as the drawers were not completely cleared and some items were not picked up at all, which required me to personally move or replace those items. Upon delivery, some items were damaged, some requiring complete replacement.
Stay away from this moving company!!! We hired this moving company known as All in One Moving and Storage Aka New Jersey Transport, to move and store our belongings until we are ready to move in to our new place, which was ready after 4 months. When they delivered our boxes, we then discovered to our dismay, that most of our boxes were infested and destroyed by rats. There were rodents droppings, urine, and foul smell all over the boxes.
I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, however, you have the wrong company. We are located in VA, sadly there is another company in the New Jersey area that operates under the same name as us. We are not affiliated, nor do we have any relationship with that company.
I can not stress enough how horrible these movers were. We are a military family who has moved many times and these were hands down the worst we've ever had. Of course, they were assigned to us. We had no choice in the matter. Although, looking back, I would have done the move myself rather than have these people do it.

Marcus, Anthony and Doug from All in One were quick, professional and careful movers - I would definitely recommend their services to anyone else moving in the Northern VA area. When I first found All in One, I read the negative reviews and honestly had some concerns. However, they were always easy to reach on the phone, courteous and professional, and I feel like they really listened to my concerns as a client. When they came to do a pre-move survey, they were far more thorough than even I would have been!

We recently returned to the Philippines and needed to move our daughter's furniture from her old apartment in Arlington, VA to the new apartment in Alexandria, VA. Our other daughter lives 50 meters away in a Townhome. We received a postcard advertisement from All in One Moving and Storage at her Townhome. We had already interacted with two other local moving firms and was hesitant to give them a call, as they are located in Fredericksburg, VA, about an hour and a half south of Alexandria.
Request some grace for this long and slightly tardy review. Overall Rating 4 The actual moving team 5 of 5. The team led by Cage (Assumed team leader, as he was the only member present across the three-day operation) performed exceptionally well. The overall 4 of 5 is due to inferred business practice. Day 1(Thursday): Four-person team: Cage et al. The day started well. Several members of the team were understandably distressed by business office practice, that as a client, I should have zero awareness.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had an outstanding experience with this moving company! Mikey Cage and Gever did an excellent job assisting with the move of my elderly men. They were professional, patient, respectful, and handled every aspect of the move with care and compassion. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took extra precautions to ensure all belongings were safely packed, transported, and placed where needed.
