I moved on 11/28/20 the movers were friendly and worked hard. During the move the glass from my table slipped and broke into pieces. I know accidents happen so I didn’t get upset. I spoke to the owner who said he would get the glass replaced on the following Monday. I called Monday after receiving no follow up and was told that they were working on getting in touch with glass replacement contact.

Don't believe these 5 star reviews! I thought we hired professional movers based on it, but we were sadly mistaken! The 5 guys moving us were respectful but unfortunately that's not good enough when handling $$$$ worth of household items. We have damages on much of our furniture items. Our year old custom made dining table has several scratches, blanket material stuck to dressers and tables. Scratches on wood desk, picture frames, side tables.
They were quick and hard workers. Fair and honest prices. Upfront about cost. Clarified what need to be moved and took in to consideration the needs of the customers. Friendly manager, kept his people motivated and was quick to pitch in and lead by example. Edit: I have a few issues after the move and reach back out to Major to have them resolved. The after care in not what is expected. While they are up front about their prices; it changes after the move has been completed.

Customer added 2000 square feet to move and then scammed the movers into doing his move for half price. What a shame. Please refer to our reviews from the other 99% of our customers. Unfortunately one out of every hundred customers tries to get more than they paid for.

In their own words
I felt so bad moving on one of the hottest days in August. Poor Clayton and DJ were soaked to the skin. They worked so hard, never taking a break. I had to convince them to stop and drink a glass of ice water. They were so polite and considerate. I truly enjoyed their company. All I had to do was point or nod at what was going to the truck or what was staying. Once we were at the new home, they were willing to move some already established furniture around before bringing in the newer furniture.
Hard work is ok when the customers are nice and courteous like yourself. Thank you for the feedback.
We’ve now used Fredericksburg Moving Company twice for large office relocations, and both experiences were excellent. Moving an entire office is never simple, but their team made the process smooth, organized, and far less stressful than expected. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything from heavy furniture to sensitive equipment with great care.

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The movers were absolute pros, very careful with my stuff and they wrapped up furniture as needed. Also they were able to schedule me on only a few days notice
