TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS before booking... I know this was my first mistake. I’ve dealt with my fare share of movers and these were by far the worst. In summary: pick up was largely delayed by hours - when I called their office no one answered and their packing went into midnight hours, I repeatedly had to reach out about delivery due to the driver/dispatcher miscommunication, big items arrived broken - they clearly broke at delivery and no one mentioned anything considering they had…

This company uses. bait and switch tactics....BEWARE!!! My son had an awful experience and was overcharged by $1300! They hold your household goods hostage while escalating the price!!! First you speak to Kim who is oh so helpful in helping estimate the cost... suddenly won’t speak to you when there’s an issue! They base their estimate on the size of boxes since it’s billed by cubic feet. My son was moving from Philly to Seattle and did not move very much furniture.

"Ozzy and his crew" never showed up! I found this immoral and inconsiderate company through a third party advertiser. About a month before the house closing date, I had called the company in order to obtain an estimate for the job. On the day of the estimate, I had taken off of work to be home for the man that was supposed to show up at 3 pm. Once 3 pm hit, every hour he called to tell me he'd be late and wouldn't be able to come until 4,5,6,etc. Finally 8 PM rolled around and he finally showed up.

Do NOT USE THEM. I specifically asked if this company would deliver my things All in one moving and Steve (the person I spoke with on the phone ) said yes. They were not a broker company and his company would personally be the one making delivery. Not only was that not true but also at delivery a very rude driver tried to hustle us by saying his truck was not going to fit when there were other people moving in with the same size 18 wheeler trucks. He couldn’t charge us for that.

AVOID “ALL IN ONE MOVING&STORAGE INC.” Recently I used the service of “All in One” to move my staff and would like to share my experience. The initial communication with the representative (Kim) was very good and the 1st movers who packed my staff did great job. I was very much impressed and paid the price in full (instead of paying ½ during pick up and ½ at delivery as they requested).

My husband and I inquired about this company's services about a month ago and were told that he'd follow back up in a few weeks to see if we had made a decision. In the time in between, our cat was diagnosed with cancer and has required multiple tests, surgery, medication...and we're only half way through getting her better. As such, we decided to get a Uhaul and drive ourselves because it's more affordable. Taking care of our pet is more important than our comfort that comes with hiring movers.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR THINGS! We hired All in One Moving & Storage out of Saddlebrook, NJ to move TWO small rooms of items from a studio apartment in NYC to WA state. The move took place 6/17/17, arriving in WA state 6/29/17. The movers packed the items for me. I was on site and supervised the packing. An estimate on 6/15/17 was for 331 cu.ft - the movers measured the load after packing the truck, adding 110 extra cu.ft for a total 441 cu.ft.

Took 11 days for my things to be delivered, and no one contacted me to give me updates. I called multiple times to check in (no one reached out to me) and was given varying explanations each time for delays. I was told my stuff was in transit when in reality it sat in a warehouse for 9 days. Finally the movers came on day 11, and even then came an hour later than their proposed time window--again, no one contacted me to give me an update; I had to call.
