I wish I had read the low ratings before choosing Vector Movers. My recent experience with them was extremely disappointing. While the movers arrived on time, they showed little to no care for my belongings. Anytime I asked them to be more careful, they acted as if they didn’t understand me. The boxes they brought were flimsy and falling apart, and they managed to stain my mattress, then blamed it on the inadequate cover they provided. Isn’t it their job to protect my furniture properly?
I think 5 star reviews here are not real. First time with vector it was WORST experience. Vector office staff were very kind and gave us the best quotes it’s just the actual people who stuff that were worst. We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2.
My move with this company went okay but the movers damaged part of the building I moved into during the process and I believe intentionally hid it from me. When the residents of the new building pointed this out to me, I reached out to them to file an insurance claim to cover the damages. They’ve been intermittently responsive and now it’s been over 2 months and there is not a plan from them to repair the damage.
Hello everyone. I wanted to share my experience. Vectors movers came over to my house to help me move. The estimate was supposed to be $600. The movers kept on calling the company as they’re moving my stuff and taking pictures. When they finish, they ended up telling me that the estimate was $ 1, 400. No matter how hard you try, it is impossible to break TVs like that during a local move. All we had to do was pick up items from the truck and deliver to your location. Such bents and damages may only happen during a long distance transportation when there is pressure and force on items.

We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. From the start, the crew was quick, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up promptly and got right to work, but never rushed in a way that felt careless — they were genuinely considerate with our belongings and took extra care with the items that mattered most to us. On top of being efficient, they were super friendly and just great to work with all around.
Our experience with Vector was just great. Since inception, they were communicative and open about everything. They answered all of our questions and replied to messages promptly. Their team was great as well and finished the job at the minimum planned time, handled every item with care, never stopped working and they were really friendly. We would suggest them to anybody!
Vector movers were very professional and took care of my move extremely well. I want to shout out Garcia and his team, they were phenomenal! They were fast, careful and efficient. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. It always sucks moving, but behind Vector and team Garcia, you will be in good hands.
We used Vector movers. Really happy with them overall. There was a slight issue with communication on the day, and they showed up about 15 minutes late from a previous move, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Very professional and friendly movers who were able to fit a couch that we didn’t think would fit through the doorway. Would highly recommend!
