In their own words
I work for a large hospital system in the area, and we have a piano that needs refurbishing. I reached out to Steve, and he came promptly to assess the status of the piano and provide an estimate for repairs. He was polite, punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He demonstrated the issues that need addressed and presented the suggested repairs and price estimates in common, understandable language. We are so lucky to have found him, and you’d be wise to do the same!!!!
Greg, thank you for these generous compliments. It is easy to be accommodating with clients like you! Thanks again!!
I love all keyed up! There are a ton of pianos and it’s fun just to walk around and look at all the great old pieces. these pianos are very reasonably priced. Steve is a superb piano tech, so they’ll be in great playing condition. We had Steve over to look at our piano and he quickly sorted out several problems and is very reasonably priced. Right now I’m having him replace the keytops on our Baldwin grand and super excited to see how they turn out.
Thanks so much, Paul! It’s fun to treat our customers with seeing instruments they don’t normally see. Thanks again. You are so kind!
Steve and his team at "All Keyed Up" did a fantastic job for us. What started with what we thought would be a normal rebuild/restore job was met with various odd issues which they took completely in stride. Communication was prompt and straight forward. I feel the cost involved was very reasonable and the the work time equally so. Very impressed to say the least and we are 100% repeat customers !!!!!
David, I so enjoyed our communication, through the long process. And, I also appreciated your positive tone, throughout! You were a pleasure to work with!!
So many quality restorations of pianos that will stand the test of time. It was fun to see all the player pianos too. I got a great price on mine. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Support your local small businesses!
Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, David! It means so much to us!!!
