I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. During my move, my 65-inch TV was damaged, my son’s bed was broken, and I later discovered that the locking pin for my keyboard bench was missing, making the bench unusable. I documented the damage to my son’s bed and submitted photos, but my claim was never meaningfully resolved.

DO NOT USE THESE AMATEURS!!! The owner is listed as CHRISTIAN MARC-ANTHONY JORDAN on the Mo Secretary of State website. It seems he only legally organized in Missouri in December 2020. Mind you, they have been running this business since long before he got legal. BE WARY!!! >>>>>>DO NOT USE!<<<<<<< This owner responded to my previous review claiming that they only refused to provide the service they agreed upon a week before because I yelled at the office manager.

I used this moving service twice in Lawrence, KS — once in 2021 and again in August 2025. The first experience was great, but the second was exactly the opposite. Zarin is a nice person overall, but he did not explain the pricing clearly, which led to being overcharged. He mentioned that the travel cost was included in the mileage calculation for movers coming from Kansas City to Lawrence and that the initial labor cost quote was only for loading, unloading, and moving within town.

I am only writing this review after two months of frustration trying to get an issue resolved and being given the run-around. First let me say that this rating is not a reflection on the guys who did the move, they did the best they could despite not being given the information from the salesperson that they would also be doing junk removal. Sure, they marked up the walls in my new house a bit and I'm missing a few things, but I guess that's to be expected when moving heavy furniture interstate.

The service started off great, prompt communication & very nice. The day of the move the crew was 45 mins late. We already started moving items out of our space to make it easier since we were waiting on them to arrive. When they got there, we found out they were late because the other crew did not want to come. Our scheduled time was 1pm, they called at 9am to ask us to move it up since another client cancelled. We were unable to push the time up because we are a business and had to work the morning hours.

I need to start out by saying that we used this company 2 years ago and we're pleased so we hired them again....or so we thought. Apparently in the last 2 years the company has grown and no longer provide the customer service to handle more work. Theu took my deposit and promised me the date we needed in a Contract. Apparently this means nothing as they called me and asked me to move my date back 10 days past the original date that was a week and 1/2 away before my move date.

The crew was scheduled to arrive at 9am. An automated text was sent that they were going to be a hour late. the hour passed and no one arrived. I contacted the office and waited another half hour to hear when they would finally arrive. They called at 11:15, over two hours after they were supposed to they called to ask directions to the apartment, since they apparently didn't even know the correct address. They arrived over 2.5 hours late.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but after what my family has been through, I feel obligated to warn others. I used this company for a short, local move on February 27th, 2026. While they were quick to load and unload our belongings, their care with our furniture was completely unacceptable. When reassembling my children’s bunk bed, the movers completely stripped the bolts, left them hanging halfway out, and left without saying a word about the damage.
