They charged me 450 dollars (plus we tipped the movers $20 each, 60 total) for moving 5 pieces of furniture into our garage (no stairs) and it took them 36 minutes, not to mention they gave us a time window of 1-3 and they showed up after 4. When I spoke to Joshua Curtis about it, he didn't offer to refund any money, or make it right at all.

Contacted them due to them scratching up my leather couch by speaking with one of the managers, sent them photos, and never got a response. Will never use them again.

I previously had 2 successful and honestly priced moves of my piano with the owner of this company. The quotes for those moves where initially discussed through text message. I mistakingly trusted his verbally provided quote for the move of my whole apartment last month. I contacted him the week prior by phone to discuss my move needs and details, including the budget I was working with. He verbally communicated a plan to keep the move slightly below the budget I stated.

Let me start with saying how nice and hard the employees who moved us were. They were on time, polite, and fun to work with. They pointed out two items to us that were damaged on accident, they contacted the owner (Josh) and said he would be in contact with us to fix the issues. We gave the employees a huge cash tip. They did great and earned it. We used Courtesy Movers LLC on June 13th. We had not heard back a couple days later so I called and left a message.

I would not recommend this moving company. Even though I saw very positive reviews before booking my move with Courtesy, my experience was negative. Josh quoted me for a 2-hour move (saying that would be more than enough time to move my apartment), but my move took 6 hours. I was very disappointed at the huge cost difference between my quote and what I paid. Also disappointing were my movers, Arthur and Ed. While very kind and pleasant, neither had any urgency and moved extremely slowly.

Was told the crew would be there at 10:00 and they didn't show up until 11:00. In the quote I was told it would take 6-7 hours and it felt like the crew was dragging to take full advantage of this quote. I heard many items/boxes fall and since we are building we moved our items into a storage unit and will not know what was broken until months down the road.

We hired Courtesy movers to move some of my mother’s possessions from her home to a memory care facility. This was highly stressful and emotional process for us. We wore told that the crew would come between 1 and 3 pm. Nobody called me to tell me that the crew might be late I had to call and check in. After many delays, the crew showed up at 8 pm. This was very disruptive to many, including the residents at the memory care where we were moving in at 9 pm. Not to mention, the employees seemed overworked.

THEFT. THEFT. Beware. It wasn't the owners fault. The crew. We all know what we pack, especially recently used items. As a woman-I know what clothes i had and now i do not have. I know my household items (dishes, kitchen ware). I no longer Have those either. The truck also took out a neighbor's tree limb. The owner was responsive, but he can't bring back my items. He didn't take them. A dishonest crew did. WHY TAKE SOMEONE'S PROPERTY??
