All My Sons Moving & Storage

Wish I could give a review of their services, the only thing I can say for them is that they took a deposit, scheduled a move, they didn't show up nor called, we reached out obviously, they scheduled again for the next day, never showed nor called and were unreachable. Worst experience, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company!!!!! Two men and a truck are reliable and professional. The AI response is bullshit!

I would’ve given no stars if that would’ve been possible !!!!! Absolutely never use this company to move. I had them wrap, larger items and load a truck and clearly they had zero experience. I have a ton of broken items, Things I can never get back! And on top of that, I spent almost $1800.00 From 8:30 AM until 2 PM. I had someone reach out to me to try to remedy the situation and of course, Nothing happened and now radio silence.

MAKE SURE YOU GET ACCURATE INFO AT THE BEGINNING: I called about 3 weeks ago to book our move for this weekend. I was quoted at $150/hour and was told it would take about 3 hours, so my wife and I budgeted for about $600 for the move. They were supposed to call and confirm the move yesterday, never got a call from them, so I reached out to them. They then told me their rate was $200/hour, it would take about 4.5 hours, and there was a 9% fuel charge. So instead of about $500 for the move, it would now be $1350.

I would not recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage. This company accepted my deposit, confirmed my move, and assured me they would be able to provide moving services. Less than 72 hours before my scheduled move, they called attempting to push my move date to Monday. Then, less than 48 hours before my move, I received a text message—not even the courtesy of a phone call—informing me that they had no availability and would need to reschedule my move for five days later.

All my Sons moving was scheduled for yesterday 6/12. Called 30 min after the latest possible arrival time and was told me they had cancelled our movers bcuz they could not contact me. I never received a phone call. I actually called them 2 times that day. Once to confirm they were coming and another to verify time slot. I took the day off work to move and it was wasted. Their (Austin’s) solution was they could come the following Wednesday. No apology no urgency just we can come 5 days from now.

The movers damaged my property AND my mother's property. Scraped wooden floors, drove moving truck all over our grass leaving a huge mess. Didn’t seem to have any idea how to drive the truck, nearly hitting multiple cars parked on the street. Were careless, slow, unprepared and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Mice should have taken less than 2 hours, but took them close to 4. Did not have tools required and had to borrow from us. When confronted about the damage they made, there was no apology.

Lost me thousands with telemarketers claiming ability to move things "All My Sons" actual movers insist the company cannot move. Movers and Samespeople not on the same page. Movers refuse to move many things the salesperson telemarketer feigns perfectly trained and qualified to move. If you have anything big, unwieldy, and cumbersome to move, do not even seek a quote. U get nothing but the complete run around. This company does not deserve to be classified as an LLC. Oath breakers exaggerating moving ability.

We were scheduled on the 20th of June with the emails and screenshot to prove it. We waited for the movers and called when they didn't show up at the appointed time. The guy on the phone said we were scheduled for the 21st and asked us to send him proof of the 20th which we DID! No apology whatsoever and acted like we were wrong and stupid and said there was no way to get a crew out that day. So we wasted an entire day with everything packed and ready. Would never use this company again!
