All My Sons Moving & Storage

Outside of the amazing customer service with the company’s local office in/near Nashville, TN with workers Aaron, Jesse, and Travis, I have had a horrible customer experience with All My Sons Moving company. During my move, their movers damaged a wall while bringing my couch into my new apartment unit. Since then, I have been trying to get clarification on the timeline for repairs and whether payment has been issued to my apartment complex.

Aside from the $3,000.00 that went missing from my purse on the move out date which was Wednesday March 4, 2025 I’m still knee deep in furniture out of place and not unpacked, mirrors missing (probably somewhere deep in garage with dozens of boxes that I need a ladder to reach…. And the list goes on! Just a note to the SEVEN men that was in my home… whoever took my money, you not only stole from an 82 year old senior but you also stole from your team! There was no TIP money left.

This company should not be in business. First, they showed up five hours late. Not a single update. I had to call repeatedly just to get any information, and twice I was hung up on mid-sentence by someone named Chloe the second I said who I was. I gave them a complete inventory, including clear details about 2 flights of stairs at both locations. I was quoted three hours total, max, including an hour of drive time.

I wish I had never hired All My Sons. I trusted that they would do a good and professional job, be careful with our things and skillfully pack them into a storage unit. Instead our items were thrown into chaotic piles with no attempt to stack them carefully. Items were broken. We even had to rent an extra storage unit for the rest of our items (which were on a second trailer) which cost us much more money because they did such a horrible job on the units they packed (which were plenty large enough to hold…

You get what you pay for. We wish we had chosen a different moving company. Our initial quote sounded good, but we later found out we should have received a call 3 days prior to our move explaining insurance options and any additional charges we may incur. Our team of 5 was pretty friendly overall, minus one who obviously did not want to be part of things and was blasting angry rap as he worked.

The window was supposed to be from 8-10…they showed up at 10:15…there couldn’t have been a move earlier to delay this, but I brushed this detail off. Pricing was comparable to other moving services, but in the end we ended up paying way too much due to inefficiencies and shady practices to milk hours. All my sons sent four movers, which seemed like the right number for the job; however, the guys were very inefficient - often times only 1-2 were actively moving while the others were lingering outside.

I am usually not one to leave many reviews but I felt compelled to let others know of this companies unprofessionalism and hidden charges which they don't mention upfront until a driver shows up at the door step. I moved from the hustlers' city of Nyc to Nashville. I needed some help with moving my furniture from a moving truck to inside a first floor apartment. When I called All My Sons & Co., the representative on the phone was in a hurry to get a deposit of $100 from me to lock in a reservation.

I would not recommend this moving company to my worst enemy. This move was an absolute nightmare and I only moved 1.5 miles down the road. Prior to the move I spoke to someone in the office and itemized the amount of furniture, boxes, and bags I had. I also informed the office that my apartment included a flight of stairs. The movers showed up at 9am and took until 2pm to get everything into the truck with zero sense of urgency.
