All My Sons Moving & Storage

Movers were supposed to come at noon and came two hours before without notifying me ahead of time. I was supposed to get two men and a truck and instead got three men and a truck which I was charged more for without being told. There justification was it would take longer with two rather than three (given I didn't have many belongings/items to move). One of the movers made me feel uncomfortable (almost seemed like an interrogation).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CANCELED OUR MOVE THE DAY OF THE MOVE, RESCHEDULED THE NEXT DAY AND WERE TWO AND ONE HALF HOURS LATE ARRIVING. THE MOVERS RUINED OUR LEATHER COUCH, SCRATCHED OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS, AND DAMAGED OUR FRONT DOOR. EVEN THOUGH THEY LIST A LOCAL NUMBER TO CALL, YOUR CALL IS REDIRECTED TO TEXAS. I'LL NEVER RECOUP MY LOSSES SINCE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM. SIMPLY HORRIBLE!

Do NOT hire. I am giving them 2 stars only because the movers themselves did work hard. But the business men on the sales side of it were not professional and honestly now just seem like crooks. The sales person told me it would be $53 an hour, sent me no contract, email, nothing. I’ll take blame for not asking them to send me one.

If something seems too good to be true it probably is. That was certainly the case with AMS. We contacted them for a quote and even put a deposit down almost a month in advance. We did a video call eight days before the move so the company could give us an accurate estimate. We then signed the estimate, that was also signed by a representative of the company. Four days later (4 days before the move) I received a notice our move was being canceled.

Would NOT recommend if move is time sensitive!!! After truck did not show for scheduled eta, I called for an update and operations team could not locate truck or driver. I asked if truck was even coming and was not given an answer. I was told only option was to sit around and wait for an update. An hour later I was told driver could not make it and only option was to reschedule for the next day so I canceled service and found a company that could come out same day.

I hired All My Sons for a recent move, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Two days before my scheduled move, I was contacted and told they were short a truck and staff and wanted to reschedule. I still needed to move that day, so I suggested moving the appointment to later in the day. To their credit, they agreed, but this solution came from me rather than being offered proactively.

The movers themselves were great and nice. However, what i scheduled was a move with packing included. Movers showed up, no packing materials because they werent told it was a pack and move. Had to leave to get the packing materials. Called to complain about not wanting to pay for the 3rd person because they were only added to the move due to it being a pack and move, and was told my the OPS Manager that it would've taken 3 people anyways.

Aug 25 ‘25…I wanted to give an update as we have moved everything out of storage two days ago. This time we hired a responsible and professional moving company, RS Moving. They are outstanding and I highly recommend them. The majority of the items All My Sons moved into storage for us came out damaged. Let me be clear. The items were damaged due to the haphazard manner in which All My Sons put the items in the units. Two of the four legs on our dining room table were broken.
