I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent moving service I received from Two Men and a Truck. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues involving professionalism, billing practices, and service quality. I can’t recommend this service because they will not own responsibility for damages to my property. One of their drivers got his truck stuck in my driveway, not once, but 3 times destroying a culvert. Because there had been rain during the 2 weeks prior the claim was denied due to weather undermining the substrate. Interestingly the first truck made the driveway just fine and there have been other deliveries since that made it fine and this morning a full size cement truck made it fine.

I almost never leave reviews unless it’s a positive one but it’s worth noting this company’s atrocious service. We used these guys for unloading services when moving into an apartment. The guys that showed up were very unprofessional, slow, and disrespectful with their comments they made to my wife and her friend who were present for the move. We had been told they would help build furniture, unpack boxes, and mount our TV over the phone.

One star is too much. I had a terrible experience after using Two Men and A Truck multiple times prior. There were three men that showed up to move (2 movers/1trainee). It took them from 8:30am ~ 2pm to move me next door. No truck to load/unload, just move boxes and furniture. In my previous experience, I moved the same boxes/furniture and they loaded a truck, drove across town and unloaded in four hours. I also had 5 other people helping me move on moving day.

They told us if any breaks they're insurance would cover it. They broke a bunch smaller items, a washer and dryer set and refused to cover it, creating a fictitious story of how it their fault. They also damaged my tool box and once again refused to cover it, because suddenly it was not on the itemized list of times. The moving team completely stripped every screw of my oldest son bed due to their brazen carelessness and disregard of customer items.

I found the booking process to be convenient and competitive. The company was prompt and efficient with communication. Jordan and Supapo worked very hard all day without taking a break on our challenging move. They put things back together and set up our beds. They worked in the rain and made an extra stop to drop things at another location. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and extremely hard working. Moving is always difficult, but they helped make this one go as smoothly as possible.

I needed over thirty pieces of furniture moved within our three story home. Cynthia, with Two Men and a Truck, worked with me on the date I needed . The two men, Corey and Will, they sent over did a great job. They worked efficiently and I got a great price.

Excellent customer service scheduling with Cassidy. She made the process very easy including the video inventory. She was also very thorough following up with the contract as well as inquiring how the move went. Our movers - Reece, Nate, and Corey- were fantastic! Friendly, courteous, and most importantly respectful of our personal belongings! A wrapped cabinet fell inside the truck and was damaged - a claim was filed immediately and we await return of the repaired item. Excellent service at a reasonable price!
