I WISH I could give 0stars! I hired 2 movers from this company & felt as if I was over charged for the entire process. They called me the day before, said I would be the first move of the day & said they would arrive around 8am, around 9:45am I hadn't heard anything after calling and texting. A few minutes later I get a call saying they wouldn't arrive until 11am, they arrived around 11:25 and did not finish until 4:40pm.

*****UPDATE 09/25/23 (added a few more photos for your viewing).... All My Sons reached out to me in June for a settlement. We discussed all the issues and I sent all the videos and photos. We decided to settle, I signed a RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT on 07/17 and so far they have disappeared. They told me to update my Google review since we were "settling". Well, guess what? I told them I would update once the settlement was completed. It is 09/25 and still nothing.

2026 UPDATE: Got a phone call from the new management and had a good conversation. They ended up refunding part of the move after reviewing my case. I was also told that none of these movers were employed by their company after receiving multiple complaints. I really appreciated the new management following up. - Hired this company because of previous experience and estimate. Totally unprofessional, 20-30 min break after each item. Lots of talking, smoking, sitting. - Gashes out of banister from moving piano.

This place is just horrible. They showed up at like 9 am at 6:30 pm they was still unloading the truck, making a big deal with the 3 rd floor apartment when I gave them the address from the start so they knew it. Keep in mine there was no washer and dryer and no sofa that had to be moved since we sold it. Showed up with an out of shape new employee who couldn’t do anything… the other two guys was great! I took out the insurance…Which DO NOT PAY for that.

Worst experience ever...please don't use them. I had so many issues I really don't know where to start. I had a cross country move and I understand they can be complex so I was expecting some challenges but this was massive issues throughout the move. We did our initial estimate through facetime with the estimator and he sent the quote including packing services.

I was given an estimate of around 500 for my move. Once it came time to pay they charged me around $160 for packing supplies. Later adjusted because i was never told of the costs. $50 of that for roll of bubble wrap. And the total came to $910, prior to the adjustment made of taking off the packing supplies. I was told I would receive a call from local management this past monday, but that call never came.

Over $5,000 as a single mom. I will be posting this as many places as I can to get the word out because this is a downright rip off. I understand I was moving in a hurry and not as prepared as I wanted to be but I relied on the quote I received from this company on how much they thought it would cost. I moved a year ago and I know I’m late at leaving a review, but it has been bothering me so bad and I feel so taken advantage of, finally getting around to leaving my honest review.

Run don’t walk away from this company. Firstly i booked a moved waited allll day for the movers just to be cancelled on last minute at 5pm due to rain. They showed up the next day. Movers are unprofessional. One was cursing and fighting on a phone call. They moved extremely slow. They had no drills to take things apart and asked to use mine. They took almost 60 min to drive to my new home and it only took me 30 min. Worst of all they damaged my king size bed, my 70 inch tv and completely broke my vanity desk.

A three man crew were very punctual and professional and courteous. All three worked very well together as a team. They bubble wrapped and padded furniture and the end result was no damage from one home to the other. Austin, Josh and Jeremiah were rock stars and getting the move completed. And thank the company for giving me a military discount which was very helpful. I would definitely use them again if need be but I also would encourage others to use All M y Sons Moving Company.

The moving crew of Brandon, Jimmy, Austin, Paysor, Javon, Stephan, Aaron, and Gerald recently completed a large move for us in the Georgetown area and were outstanding . This crew worked together very efficiently, were very careful to wrap fragile items, listened to any concerns we had, each member introduced themselves to us and shook our hand before they started in a professional manner, and showed amazing teamwork. Moving is so stressful but this crew really helped reduce our stress.

John, Cory and Alex were friendly, professional and good at what they do! They didn't even complain when I changed my mind on where I wanted things! They were swift and very careful with my antique pictures and furniture! The price was kept under $1800 - moving from Bowling Green, KY to Louisville. I would choose All My Sons Moving again! Overall, we were VERY PLEASED with it all! Thank you again, to the 3 young men who helped us move!
