If it were possible to give a negative review, I most certainly would. The Florence location is run by a shady person. She (Laura) lies, quotes way under, agrees to fix what the movers damaged, then dips out on communication once given the receipts/bill. The movers themselves labeled the boxes to which room they were going to, then switched up while moving, and set them all in the garage for us to deal with, when we paid for them to deliver to the room specified.

They ask you to write a review right away.... Now that I have been able to completely unpack, go through everything. I am missing 2 boxes from the move. Have been back to the old house multiple times so I know they were not missed and have gone through every box at the new house. Unfortunately am left to know they were stolen. One box contained a blue Mac Book Air laptop. They did great moving but unfortunately cost me more than the move itself...... Jackson and Ashton moved me today! They were amazing!

I make appointments for junk removal and they cancel my appointment yesterday and they rescheduled and same thing again no show up or call just wetting time call customer service 10 time they call franchise and they said they call back waiting for 4 hr no call or update

Rushed and CARELESS! It’s all in the CREW doing the work. This was our 2nd job with College H.U.N.K.S. First crew experience was GOOD, which is the reason we hired them again! Their focus was getting through the job FAST with no regard for diligence. The crew leader, who is related to the franchise owner was diligent to point out the areas where they were not liable, but failed to show the customer REASONABLE diligence when completing the task. The movers were awesome and it wasn't that expensive. The problem is with the junk removal side. They knew I was on a super tight schedule and had to be out by Monday. They scheduled me for Saturday morning but cancelled last minute on Friday night. On Monday afternoon I looked at my phone and it said that they showed up after cancellation but left shortly after because (obviously) I wasn't there. Ended up having to call Junk King in the area for a last minute appointment.

Had a great experience with College Hunks. Representatives David and Stephen called before arriving, introduced themselves at the door and were very professional and friendly. They took two VERY heavy sofa beds out of our basement. This is a great service and I highly recommend it. Update: Although the service was great, I never received a form that I could use to claim the donation on my taxes. This was very disappointing.

My wife and I needed a home office converted to a bedroom, with ~18 packed boxes and a heavy oak desk, credenza and file cabinet moved to the lower level and garage. It was our first time using HUNKS. The reservation process was detailed and efficient and the office staff stayed in touch and answered all questions. Great communication! David and Noah from HUNKS Florence accomplished the move within 1 hour. They were polite, efficient, careful and professional. They exceeded expectations!

First off, the quote I was given according to the website and the nice lady who immediately called were spot on. Jackson phoned 30 minutes out was right on time according to the time window. Jackson and Jeff, the two Hunks were very careful with each and every item (that they had to carry up a steep grassy incline. My items all arrived safely and in the same condition they left the old place.
