I booked our move and did an entire house inventory. I was told I needed one truck based off this inventory. We decided to donate a lot of items so we took off a room (without notifying just to give us a little cushion). We were told by the movers that they wouldn’t be able to get everything in one truck. They said about 80% of stuff could be brought. Pictures below show how much was left. It was more like 50% left behind.

1. I was under-quoted for my move, despite providing them with an itemized list of furniture, and items, and describing the square footage of my home. A one-day 10-hour move turned into 2 days and 16 hours total. 2. I was told that I would not need to empty drawers to prepare and that the drivers would take apart beds and wrap items for me and then was told that I was not fully prepared for the move by the drivers.

If I could give a zero I would. I just had a couch and a love seat moved from Hebron to Florence. The amount of damages was ridiculous. my leather couch has several holes and they ripped the cord to power reclining part of the couch in half! (which they are not replacing) The loveseat leather was ripped and ruined. The damages done to the dry wall was awful! Their moto is Movers who care. They only care about is getting paid. The amount they offered to repair both pieces was a joke! I do not recommend.

Showed up and told me they were tired and hungry. Didn't protect my furniture, damaged my walls, lost screws to fasten my mirror to dresser and used some on their truck that were too long, hid the damage by putting a box in front of it, I keep finding more damage, was told they'd contact me but it's been two weeks. My furniture was brand new, walls were freshly painted. They keep saying someone will contact me to repair these but no one has in two weeks

Never hire them for a long distance move. The movers are more concerned about making sure they can get home that night instead of ensuring the move is successful. We had a 8:00-9:00 scheduled start time and they didn't show up until 9:30. …

I wish I would have asked my friends and family BEFORE using them. When I told others about my horrible experience with Two Men, they all said "everyone knows not to use them." Lesson learned.

The truck arrived on time. The workers were clean looking and super friendly. They all introduced themselves and shook my hand. I was very impressed right off the bat. They worked HARD and well together. We had a issue were the big truck could not get close to my door so the men had to walk much more than they should have and they didn't complain, they just dealt with the problem and moved on. There were a few items that were left behind (a bureau mirror and an inversion table and lastly an end table.

Ryan & Logan were amazing! Everything wrapped so carefully to prevent damage. They were polite and patiently worked with us as we moved our furniture around. They worked very hard to make our move easier for us. The only hiccup was with management when paying the bill. A check was accepted for a deposit but not for the balance. Management insisted on a credit card. A shame that a great experience had to end with an inconsiderate management decision.
