The second guy was friendly but the first guy was rude. One of my tables was broken. And the guy was snappy with me majority of the time. They are fast and flexible but it seems as though they were wanting me to hurry me along to get to the next job. Wish i had a better experience but it is what it is. Update: The table that was damaged was all the way in the back of my large unit. I wasnt aware it was broke until months later when I moved out of storage which is why the moving company wasnt notified.
We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with the services provided. Can you explain who was rude to you? There are items damaged during moves it is not uncommon. We do try to do our best and take full accountability for property damaged during our care.
Might have been great - but they cancelled on me ON MOVING DAY. I contracted with EZ Does it Moving and More through U-Haul's Moving Help service. EZ Does It was supposed to pick up a U-Box and deliver it to my home, and we'd also verbally agreed that I'd pay for their movers to help me unload it. They received the work order on June 26, and texted me to acknowledge they'd received it.
We are truly sorry for your bad experience. We experienced some technical difficulties generating leads with uhaul. Our service distance was set outside of the range that we can accommodate for the services you requested.
Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism throughout the process did not align with my expectations, which ultimately influenced my decision to cancel services. Personally wouldn’t recommend.

We chose 'EZ Does It' to move our two bedroom apartment. Shanon was very responsive to all our questions before the move, returning calls quickly. They arrived on time with a good crew. Smooth and fast moving process. Careful move with no damage. EZ definitely took a lot of stress off our move for a great price. Value!

I was thinking I hired two men and a truck they came by said they can’t help then Shannon the owner knocked on my door I did hire him but not realizing it. He was more then happy to help and take charge super kind professional and all round good folks. They did more than I expected. He will also help with the clean up. If you are going to move use them. Thank you again ez does it movers. Update, I had to pay for the hauling but he gave me a fair price and even explained what it would all cost.
