🚨: THIS POOR RATING IS A CAUTIONARY WARNING ON OUR DEALINGS WITH CO-OWNER MIKE SEAMON, and NOT reflective of his crews. I rarely write negative reviews, but when a business or owner operates in bad faith, and plays games with their paying customers, the public deserves to know. 1) We found Mike to be disingenuous and misleading in the way he set specific expectations of his company’s moving services.
I filled out the form to receive a quote, but got an error message. So then I copied and pasted the info and tried the "contact us" form instead and also got an error message. It is frustrating when businesses don't make sure their website forms are working properly. I wasted 5-10 minutes typing up detailed info to help with the quote (number of boxes, listing the furniture etc), and since it is the evening now I would need to wait to call them tomorrow during business hours to try to get a quote which will…
Thank you for the update on this issue. I have passed on this information to our tech guy. We've received plenty of requests via our website, so I'm unsure of the problem. We're sorry for the frustration, but we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Horrible experience. See photos. We had a move out into a storage unit, the team was supposed to pack and wrap everything. Area rugs bent in half, unwrapped, mattresses thrown on top, unwrapped, tvs unwrapped and thrown into the unit. I can’t get the owner to call me back. And on top of all of that, it cost twice as much as I was quoted. They had excellent reviews, I can’t understand what happened in my move and no explanation was offered. The reply from the owner on this review is the only reply I’ve received.
Hi Lauren. Mike was in contact with you while the move out was taking place and afterwards. Communication only stopped when you started being derogatory. The estimate given was on the information we received when booking your move out.
Have used them many times in the past, but this time after arriving late and then breaking a couple of things, running into storage security gate oh and also taking out a large tree limb I was still good with the moving because the workers guys are hard working. But at the end when it was less then 3hrs of moving, they charged me $740. When I called and talked with Mike about the charges he was not only rude but could care less, basically telling me to call someone else next time. So I will make sure I do that.
Interesting that you left this review after trying to get out of paying the full bill. We have always charged drive time including all your other moves. And you never once mentioned anything broken or damaged to anyone. Every moving company in the world charges drive time and we are up front about.

We utilized this company for assistance moving out of two 2nd floor storage units and loading them into a U-Haul truck. Simply put, we had an exceptional experience with the crew of Tyler, Daniel, and Jason. First, they arrived at the storage facility 15 minutes early, brought their own hand trucks, and were ready to work as soon as they showed up.

They showed up on time, worked fast and efficiently, were friendly, courteous, and polite, charged a fair price, overall got it done right.
