DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The problems started before moving day. I paid a $100 deposit to reserve my move and was quoted an hourly rate of $134. When the final paperwork was presented, the rate had increased with no explanation as to why. The pricing and expectations changed throughout the booking process, leaving me feeling completely misled before the move even began.

My roommate booked this company to help move, as well as do a partial pack. The problem first started when she switched her appointment from July 3 to June 30 and she received a confirmation email that the switch happened. Come a few days before, she called and they said that it wasn’t in their system. After a few more phone calls, they finally fixed it on their end and found movers for the right date at 12 pm, and on our end, we had to move the moving time at our apartment.

Booked service to show up at 8am. No one showed up, no one called. Ghosted, even after paying a deposit and having multiple phone calls & emails to confirm the appointment for a move for an entire home. I had multiple phone conversations with inventory lists and everything. I was given every excuse in the book after finally getting a hold of someone at 10:30am, 2.5 hours after they were supposed to arrive on why they didn’t show up. Horrible customer service, not trust worthy, not reliable.

Such a horrible experience so polite so professional yet items did not make it from point a to point b less then a 20mile move. They stole items plan and simple previous house empty new house missing items this is not a complicated review. And their response oh here is a claims form.

I do not recommend them. Initial phone-call to reserve the slot was awesome.they were very friendly and made me feel confident with the way they treated me. Told them we were moving a household either 4 rooms, 2 living rooms , washer/dryer, and a home gym. Second call to confirm the date, they wanted an itemized list of everything that needed to be moved. I told them 4 bedrooms, living rooms, laundry, home gym. He wanted more in-depth specifications while I was at work.

I wouldn’t even put a star if I could We had movers come out to move our boxes and totes that had been sitting under a carport for less than a week, when said movers came they already were acting like they didn’t want to do the job, complaining about how much we had, and throwing our stuff around into their truck. About halfway through loading the truck they told us they can’t go any further cause there’s frogs on-top of some of the totes.

Wanted an Estimate, Extremely overpriced, $10,000 more than the 4 estimates I have already received for the exact weight, and location.. wife used them before, stated workers smelled like they just finished smoking marijuana…I wish I would’ve known this before, I clearly wouldn’t have called them..

I had the pleasure and displeasure of using this company for my move. First up the truck battery died in my driveway and they broke my jumper cables trying to get it going, they are literally melted. They also ran out of moving blankets and …
