Use them before so decided to book again for Aug.17th 9am a week in advance. No call no showed on the day of move so had to use last minute moving company for double the cost and multiple days move. Called and texted multiple times with no response. Still haven't reached out to me with an explanation. Completely screwed me over so cannot recommend and use at your own risk.
Will not advise to use them movers need more training. I had receive a call from storage unit about movers throwing water bottles everywhere which they didn’t have any problem correcting themselves after storage manager got on them. My biggest problem came when the movers needed a break for a 2 hour job and I call owner to inform him that they are taking a break on my dime I personally felt like they were trying to milk and dime me.
We sent an extra man and charged you the minimum. We have serviced over 20,000 clients. And never had a client gotten upset because my men stopped to hydrate. Then say you are just on edge because you are young. You had a cap to protect your budget even.
Nice enough crew, but they broke almost every piece of furniture they moved. Owner of company refused to fix anything. The only attempt to make it right was that he gave me the name of a buddy of his that I could pay to see if they could repair the broken items. It has been several months and every time I see the broken furniture legs or places where glass got smashed on cabinets, I'm angry at myself for trusting this company. If you are moving locally on the triangle, use TROSA.
Good afternoon. If ever a damage is presented In the rare case it is. We are even able to submit a claim and get that handled. We don’t just refuse to fix anything. I checked your profile and out of 10 reviews you’ve made to companies 7 of them have been negative.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. Booked these guys for a move a few weeks in advance. They said they would show up at 8am and be done within a few hours. Long story short they kept pushing it back and then blocked me. Just never showed up. Keep in mind they also told me it’s cheaper if I got a uhaul myself so I went out and got one. Where did that leave a disabled vet with a young toddler and his wife on the day they’re supposed to move out and into their new place? They are terrible. Go with anyone but them.
We have been under new management for a while. Customers talk to us through our portal. The people in the office handle communication. If there has been an issue please leave your phone number. I wish to speak to you and see if there’s anything I can do.
Beware of taking any help from these guys. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Zero communication - they ditch people by not showing up in the last moment after confirming time and date. Don’t have basic courtesy to even reply back to texts/ calls and provide a reason for not showing up. Just not me (I was working with them for 3 days and finally had to cancel my moving plans to other day!!), several of my friends have a very bad experience with them.
I kept trying to get quotes but no one would respond or answer my texts in a timely manner. Apparently my business is not important Ok with the way you were talking to me on the phone and through text, I don’t feel like you are being very professional. More like defensive and combative. I should screenshot the texts and post them on here. You are the one that is hurting your business with your responses
Good morning. We received a message at 7:30 pm from you. After business hours. By 10:30 am we received a bad review for not having a quote ready. Not even a morning passed from the first time you ever called. Anybody can see how unfair that is.
they canceled on us on moving day. the worse experience that you can imagine . they never had the decency to called for reschedule or apology dont trust this company and avoid the nightmare to deal with a last minute searching for help . we were very fortune to find PRO MOVERS LLC . very professional and great customer service . don't trust hernandez movers .
