If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst moving experience ever and I moved quite a bit. We agreed on 2 movers and they sent us 3 but acted like we should be grateful. And maybe we would have been if any of the 3 actually worked. We were quoted 3 hours for the move and agreed on 3 hours. But when the men showed up they kept pushing for five hours. We have a small 2 bedroom apartment. With barely any furniture. And we didnt even have them moving the whole apartment. We also were not having them pack are storage unit.

HORRIBLE. Do not use this moving company!!! We wanted a smooth transition into our first home from a 2 bedroom apartment. The contract I signed was for 3 hours minimum and assumed we may go over by one hour max. Our apartment was not fully furnished we had one bed in a box, one dresser, crib, desk, 2 couches and boxes/bags. Upon arrival they said it will take 7hours and double the price I agreed to. They tried to say I didn’t list a lot of items which was NOT TRUE!!

Movers came late because of mechanical issues, gave a small discount which was great. The movers were quick and didn’t break anything, had everything moved in about 3.5 hours. As I was paying we gave a $60 tip. They weren’t Satisfied and asked for more and said people usually give more.. We unpacked everything in 2 days found out some things were missing(watches, clothing) Get movers insurance!!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. This company showed up to move my two bedroom apartment a five minute drive up the road and quoted me 7 hours with 3 men, despite everything already being fully packed. The only disassembly needed was two beds, a couch, and TVs off the wall. No packing. No boxes. No chaos. I explicitly told them do not wrap anything, do not waste time, and let’s keep this efficient. They agreed to this on the phone.

Do not use this moving service! They moved me today from a house in Northeast Philly to a condo at Baker’s Bay, two miles away. They charge $205/hour to complete the move, and a $95 “processing fee” added on for god knows what. It took them from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to break down my furniture from my house and load it into their truck. As they were moving my expensive desk and hutch, they fumbled and the desk drawer fell out of the truck and broke.

Terrible experience. A move that was supposed to be done before noon, wasn't done until 6:30pm. And I had to move half of what I requested them to move myself. When I called to schedule my move a month ago, I gave detail on the 6 pieces of furniture I needed moved. The Sales Team said your move will definitely stay within the 3 hour minimum, guaranteed. They said were super proud to say they "guaranteed no additional charges the day of" a few times on the phone.

Beware of using Philadelphia Movers LLC, I had this company booked and paid my deposit, I was all set and ready to move. They bailed out on me and canceled 4 days before my move date. They claimed they had a big move for my scheduled move date and had to cancel and needed all their trucks. What a lack of professionalism on their part, let alone complete disregard for other peoples life changing situations.

I am changing my review here as I was forced to write a five star review by the staff as so many others have been as well. I will start off by saying that our furniture and a belongings were very well taken care of which is why I am leaving two stars. The quote I was given over the phone was over 300$ cheaper than what we ended up having to pay. Given this our budget was fairly strict.
