DONT DO IT ! Slum lord of moving company !!!! Do not choose College Hunks Moving Company, Bethlehem, PA I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with College Hunks Moving Company out of Bethlehem, PA. This move was particularly significant as it marked my third relocation from my facility in Florida into a storage unit, and from storage into my current space.

BAD BUSINESS!! If I could give negative stars I would! I used College Hunks franchise from Allentown to move on July 28, 2025. The movers damaged furniture and broke keys off in the locks on my toolboxes. I confronted them on the day of the move, and they acknowledged they made a mistake but only said something after I noticed what was done. They then tried to unlock the 2 locks on my giant toolbox with a flat head screwdriver, only damaging the toolboxes and locks even further.

I had a junk removal job schedule a month in advance. I got a phone call only 2 days before from the owner Mark Gall, who not only said they don't even work Sundays (nice) but couldn't even confirm a time for the next week. It was a time sensitive job. I reached out on Monday with pictures and to get an estimate and he ghosted me. I luckily got a local guy to do it in 1 days notice. Unprofessional, do not use, use your local guy instead

Hire at your own risk. I hired this company to do a move for me and ended up with a scratched treadmill and a big streak of paint on back of my sofa. I called their local franchise located in Coplay pa. What a nightmare. What was truly a straightforward and easy move of furniture pieces from a first floor storage unit to a garage turned into a complicated ordeal. First, I booked a morning appt to only have them call back the next day to say they did not have openings until the afternoon. That was fine for my schedule but was just the tip of the iceberg in terms of problems to come. The movers were pleasant enough but lacked experience. It never should have taken 3 hours to accomplish this move.
College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving Allentown 1 out of 10 absolutely horrible. I have written several reviews on companies, but never ever have I said DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I had a 10th of a mile move and although the crew tried hard, (that’s why I gave the company a 1 ) they scratched my floors badly and damaged walls in my house house. The crew placed my washing machine on dollies and pushed it down the middle of the road as well as pushing my large outdoor grill down the road to my new house.

Edit: As seen in the owner's reply, he continues to deny seeing the email where my husband states what was to be moved. Even if he only stated a piano was to be moved, a moving company shouldn't damage customer property. The owner doesn't acknowledge or offer remediation to the property damage that was caused. We will never use this company again. I've added more photos of damage this company caused to our property.

Couldn't ask for more.
