All talk - no follow thru. When I called to let the office know what was going they said someone would call me back. NEVER heard back from anyone at the office. The mattresses were not wrapped and when I said something to one of the guys he bite my head off!! We were contracted for six men but only five showed up. They did not cover the floors and did major damage to several steps at our house by using the dolly and slamming down the stairs. Broke a lamp and when I said something I was told to glue it.
Update to Corporate Response: I appreciate learning that customer service is the cornerstone of your mission. Finding the two televisions that disappeared during a five-mile move would be an excellent opportunity to demonstrate it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I originally left a positive review based on my experience on moving day.

Terrible experience, they did not show up on the day of my move and when I called they tried to explain it was the following day. It obviously wasn’t, everyone knows the day they are moving, it’s something you don’t mix up. Called another company and they said they received 3 other calls today from customers with the exact same issue. Do not book with them if you actually want to move on your date, it means nothing to them.

Amazed that is your only response...you can improve. All My Sons was horrible. They damaged my grandparents antique furniture which they moved from storage that had blankets with it. They left a mess inside and outside of my home, were "upset they had to work that day and just wanted to go home". They dumped everything in boxes, were upset they had to take apart a bed.

I used All My Sons for a move out and move in. The movers seemed to be good, but once I arrived at my destination I then saw the poor packing job they did. First they placed a dresser on its legs when I specifically said not to because it could break the legs. The legs ended up breaking. Second, they placed a peloton bike ontop of boxes, boxes marked fragile non the less. I’m not sure what person who is considered a professional mover would place a peloton on-top of boxes.

Rip off, damaged my furniture and stole my 60" TV. They were driving away when I realized they didn't deliver my TV. Worse company ever. Called the police on stolen items and they did a report. Very disorganized. Had my furniture in storage over night when I realized things were missing and what was delivered was damaged. Moved from one street to another in same development. Way way overpriced, damaged stolen and disorganized.

I obtained several quotes for a move from Florida to Texas. The estimator for All My Sons was right on time and the quote was significantly less than any others. Scheduling the move was easy and the packers also arrived right on time. It turned out that we had more boxes than originally estimated. Entirely our fault but All My Sons still honored the original quote. We were given fairly narrow delivery schedule ( hours instead of days) which really helped with our planning.
