Just a public service announcement to any new families moving, or families moving out! Lessons learned!! Do not use All My Sons moving company. The movers, staff and anyone associated with them were rude and unfriendly. The charges on this invoice are for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (that was completely packed and boxed for them) just boxes and furniture. When contacted about the prices I was informed that they charge an hour travel time regardless if they move a tv across the street or an hour.

My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was deeply disappointing and directly contradicted the company’s stated mission regarding professionalism, integrity, and customer care. From the moment the movers arrived, there was a clear lack of urgency and professionalism. One mover consistently worked while the other stood by watching. I repeatedly had to prompt the second mover to pick up boxes and contribute.
We deeply understand the immense stress involved in the moving process, and our utmost goal at All My Sons Moving is to alleviate those burdens for our customers every step of the way. We sincerely apologize for not living up to our commitment to provide you with the best moving service possible.
do NOT use this company. It was an AWFUL experience. Two out of the three people that came to our house to help us move across states were awful. One was greedy and kept asking for everything and the second was lazy and threw everything into a box, unwrapped and just shoved what he could to make it fit. Multiple things were broken. We have bleach products mixed with my baby’s clothes?!! In what world is that okay? The bleach leaked and stained multiple outfits.
Update...so I called the company the next day, (speaking with someone different) because I had addition questions due to reviews I saw online about additional charges that I wasnt made aware of. The gentleman that I spoke to pretty much told me that the original quote I was given was completely wrong. And that they would message me later about the additional charges. No I wasn't happy about that because of all the questions I was asking the first agent, she assured me that the total she gave me covered everything.

I scheduled them to move me out of my one bedroom into a two bedroom last week. I waited all day for them. I called around 2:30pm only to be told they were running behind and when they'd be there. After that time passed as well they called me around 5:30pm saying they had a flat tire and could they come in the morning. Of course now I'm angry! I have given the deposit and I had to do the final walk thru at the old place at 8am that morning so I needed to be out!

I would never recommend this company to move! Four men showed up earlier than expected, which I was grateful for. The lead was friendly and professional, but one of the other men seemed very nervous and anxious. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and kept dropping our stuff. He even tried to take the gas from the grill, even after I told him it couldn't be loaded in the truck. Sure enough, he came back with it. I found his behavior very odd.

Let me start off by saying that the moving guys, themselves, were great and deserve a raise! But management here sucks! I got called 4 different times AFTER making my original booking, a month ahead with all details needed, with each call I was given a different quote and the price continued to add up every time even though they were calling every time to “verify” information. And it didn’t change each time by just a few dollars, I’m talking 100’s of dollars difference each call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Even the local Police department got involved. Scheduled a Saturday 8:00 am arrival to start a small 1200 square foot one day move 15 miles away. 11:00 am finally got someone on the phone saying they would be there about 1:00. They finally arrived at 5:00 pm with only two guys who said it was too much for them and they would be back Sunday 8:00 am. They arrived just after 9 am three guys this time with one complaining all day long to me and my wife about his job.

12/23/2023: UPDATE- I did want to circle back and provide an update that upon follow-up conversations since my initial review All My Sons Moving did do the right thing and provided full compensation to repair the custom gun cabinet that had been hand built by my late father. I am appreciative that they did follow through and want to personally thank Bianca for her support and appropriately addressing the situation. —————————————————————— AVOID using this moving company. I used All My Sons (AMS) for my recent local move (in Clarksville, TN) into a storage room pre-deployment on April 23rd, and Andrew Gardner and Gabe were the crew who showed up. They were fantastic! The price for All My Sons isn’t the most expensive option out there, but like any moving company, it’s going to cost you more than a DIY move. It can get quite expensive due to moving time and materials (they charge quite a bit for the ceramic roll and duct tape that they use), but they only charge for what they use.

(Jama, Hopkinsville KY) I had PTSD from my last move as a lot of my new furniture had been damaged, so I did a lot of research and booked with All My Sons, Clarksville TN. Originally booked for May, I had an emergency and needed it pushed forward nearly a month. I called and was able to get that move rescheduled, no issue. From initial booking to the manager call, the office staff was friendly. But the movers-Kia and Geo-they were the real MVPs. They came in and did their Professional thing!
