**UPDATE** 3/14/2026. After my 1 star review , I was contacted by College Hunks. They asked for photos of my damage, which I sent to them along with the photos of my missing items. Days later I had not heard from them, so I emailed re: the status of my damage claim. They emailed me an offer of pennies per pound and nothing for replacment of the missing items. They did increase the offer slightly over the total of pennies per pound, and asked me to email them back with my acceptance.

Two services, two completely different experiences. I hired College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving for junk removal and moving on back-to-back days. The junk removal crew was excellent — fast, professional, and easy to work with. No complaints there. The move the next day was a different story. Three movers showed up and handled the job poorly. They damaged a bookcase and worked slowly and inefficiently. Their behavior and the way they were talking made me question whether they were impaired on the job.

If zero stars was an option that would’ve been my selection. I have used college hunk’s Nashville to move me on 3 separate occasions. My very first experience was fabulous and ran super smooth. The past two experiences, including my move today… horrendous. Unprofessionalism, uncoordinated team effort, and carelessness when handling my items was shown consistently from both crews sent out. Today in particular, the three members sent to help out often had to be redirected to keep the job going.

In the first pic, you can see how little they moved & in the second pic, you can see what they did to my practically brand new 75 inch TV that I paid $1,229 for because they didn't properly secure it prior to transit!!! Will NEVER use them again & I strongly urge you not to either!

We used College HUNKS for two services during our move in Nashville—junk removal from our storage unit and help loading everything else into our U-Haul. Both crews were outstanding. Cory and Roy handled the haul-away service and were actually ahead of schedule, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The loading crew was equally impressive, on time and carefully and quickly loading everything into our trailer. They even took a bookshelf apart for us!
