Mile High Movers Today Denver Colorado

Henry was horrible. I'll give them credit that they changed the day the night before and came a day early to beat the snow storm. However they scratched the wood floors, broke the dresser, then stole a brand new drill. When we confronted Henry on the floors, he flipped out and said we anent insured and I told you that, which he didn't. He then kept the key to our truck and drove off till we paid him in full. We called the police and he finally returned the key after we paid him.

There was two guys who helped me pack my apartment up. They did not know how to move couches and when we started moving couches, the shorter guy just started cursing in my apartment loud enough that the entire complex could hear. This did not end until they left multiple hours later. My extremely nice leather couches are very damaged due to the lack of care. Multiple areas at my apartment are damaged the ton lack of care.

This company is out for a quick penny and doesn’t complete the job that they were hired to do. I was quoted for a job and they only completed half the job but still charged the full amount. Once they were confronted about the rate not being adjusted to the half job that was completed the guy got mad and literally hung up in my face they have no professionalism nor customer service. Don’t accept a job you cant do! The owner was sent pictures of the job before hand and still accepted it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

If you want a nightmare moving experience, you have found your moving company and in particular their employee, Henry. It took me over a month to put this review together so as to take the emotion out of writing this. I hired Henry with an assistant for 3 hours to load a moving truck with mainly furniture, appliances and beds etc for my family. He told me he did not have his usual help because they called off. His older helper did not speak English and it was very obvious he had little to no moving experience.

2 stars, while I was able to get my couch moved, Henry yelled and cussed at his employee and was extremely disrespectful towards him. When they went to my mom’s to drop off the couch, they didn’t wear booties like they said they would. My mom also stated Henry was extremely rude to his employee: yelling, cussing, getting extremely agitated with him, that it was to the point it was extremely embarrassing for his employee.

These people are scam artists who stole money from me and left half way thru the job after I already paid them! Henry yelled at me and my family including a child at 9 at night because the sprinklers came on at the apartments and refused to let me move the moving truck. He made such a huge scene that my neighbors came out to check on me. He intentionally broke my property. He is extremely rude and disrespectful!! He refuses to refund me half of my money since they only stayed for half of the job!

If I could rate zero stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life. Henry berated his worker the entire day cussing and calling them racial slurs. I was so uncomfortable the entire time. The move took at least 8 hours and had taken other movers 2-4 hours total. He kept yelling about having another job to get to the entire time making me feel like I was inconvenincing him. They broke my dryer, TV and scuffed up my walls.

I hired Henry for a labor assist and within 30 minutes of him being onsite, I had to ask him to leave due to his extreme unprofessionalism, vulgar language, and threats made against other people who were helping move. As he left shouting profanity for everyone to hear, he also drove off in a manner that would make me extremely concerned if my belongings ended up in the back of his truck.
