The office and dispatch team was very helpful but the moving team lacked the training and skills to successfully complete the move without issue. For perspective, this was a small apartment move within a 10mi distance. Major issues: -Didn’t wrap furniture prior to move which caused scuffs, tears in fabric, and chipping of wooden surfaces. -Bagged our mattress but had difficultly carrying it, ended up dragging it (which caused damage), then asking for my partner and myself to assist in carrying it.

I paid two men amd a truck the day of my move. 3 days later I received an additional charge for $50. When I reached out to the company I was told that the driver's didn't mark the correct time. I feel this is a very deceiving practice. The driver and I both agreed and signed a document agreeing on the arrival time. The fact the company took my card information without any prior knowledge or approval from me is very upsetting.

This is the third time using Two Men and A Truck to move this year. I was very happy with the previous two moves, however, the third one was not. First, it took them 12 hours to move with a charge of more than $2,000, while the previous one was only 7 hours with a charge of $1,600. Not to mention, I have downsized a lot so this one did not have to move bed/mattress, and not even a couch, but it took so much longer. Second, they left more than 5 big items behind, such as umbrella stand, mirror on top of mantel etc.

Never used them before, never will use them again. Broke my tv. Of course not liable because I don’t have it in the original box - who keeps those? Couldn’t even bother to lift half the items down the steps, just slide them on the steps - would have happily helped or just done it if you couldn’t. Used multiple companies in the past, never had issues. Used anyone but them for Denver moves.

As you can see they apparently love to block people in and they block handicap parking spots! I called 3 times and got told the same thing. They said dispatch would call the crew. It started at 8 am and they were still blocking the handicap spot at 10 sm.

We had a fantastic experience with two men and a truck. They helped up move out office. The price was right but even more importantly the work was done right. They took care of all our IT equipment, meticulously wrapping everything. They were efficient and polite. We would invite all 4 workers back. The office side was easy to work with and responsive.
