Do not move with this company! Very unprofessional! They did not take care in moving my house or my items. They intentionally took more time than needed. The truck broke down during the move making it take 3 hours longer than expected and they did not compensate for it. We had to help unload the truck. They were outrageously priced… so many hidden fees! The supervisor was rude and not responsive. Do not use this company!
Used All My Sons Moving on Friday. I booked for 3 guys to come for the move. First., the crew arrived about 3 hours later than scheduled. One of the 3 guys definitely did not come to work and instead kept trying to chit-chat, would disappear for periods of time, and would take forever to move anything. The crew was completely disorganized and ended up leaving so many things behind!
We deeply understand that your expectations should not only be met but exceeded. Unfortunately, we acknowledge that we have not fulfilled our goal of going above and beyond for you. We sincerely apologize for falling short of providing the exceptional service you deserved.
Move went well. Friendly efficient crew led by Samuel White. UPDATE NEGATIVE STARS: Held back assuming they would do right thing...NOPE so here's the deal Sammy took a header off the ramp at my storage unit dumping entire dolly load off ramp w him. 2 fragile boxes. All details acknowledged by movers and management same day. Filed a claim for 4 pieces. 2 Italian hand painted pottery pieces purchased by my parents 50 yrs ago. Not priceless but not replaceable. Made VERY reasonable claim.

Upcharged my friend $1000 over the original quote, showed up 4 hours late, held their belongings hostage until they paid for the service, and the OWNER berated my friend for being concerned about the sudden price jump. Showed no empathy, no kindness and no respect. CHOOSE OTHER MOVERs Edit: Also! Several pieces of furniture were BROKEN in the moving process. Including some very valuable antique pieces. Do better.
You deserve the absolute best. We understand that moving can be an incredibly stressful experience as people move for many different reasons. At AMS, we know our customers come to us to alleviate those stresses.
The movers were great and very courteous. However, a card we had would not work despite it having almost 2k available on the amount and being approved for it. They only do tap to pay and there is no other option which is frustrating. They don’t accept any kind of payment. The other issue was that (even though they were very nice) it took them twice as long to move things in as we were quoted and we had three people.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS! DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS AND TIME!!! I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of their movers, delivery and customer service. They damaged both houses and multiple pieces of my furniture. When I originally talked to the sales guy on the phone, he confidently told me they would send 2 professional movers who could handle that size job. I was told they would lay down carpet protection and cover the doorways to prevent damage to the house and furniture.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read recent reviews! I cannot recommend using this company EVER! I recently had a move scheduled for 4/26 and Hired All my sons moving. We had discussed moving a 2-bedroom 1 bath house and a storage unit. However, once the movers were onsite, they stated they were unaware of a storage unit so it could not be done despite having confirmed this on the phone twice.

Our experience with All My Sons on 5/4/23 was unfortunately not reflective of past experiences with the company. The movers were generally unprofessional and slow in the loading process. They were reckless with many items, trying to carry large furniture items by themselves and damaged walls in the process. They ran out of space loading the truck and had to leave behind a significant amount of items. Our kitchen table was damaged because it was not properly wrapped and protected.

Alex Brock, Jaron & Dylan from All My Son’s did such an amazing job moving furniture out of my basement to a storage unit while we do a basement remodel. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped each piece of furniture, worked so carefully but still quickly, and unloaded all the wrapped pieces into the storage unit, keeping the ones I designated to the front so I can reach them easily. They were so pleasant & friendly too! Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

This company branch was amazing. When going down the list on Google late on a Saturday trying to find movers that could help us in the next 3 days, no one answered in town except All my Sons. Jaron Nick and Robb did a great job they were friendly curious, willing to work with us as we figured things out. They took the time to do double check walkthroughs with us to make sure everything we wanted moved was and then that everything was where we wanted it to be. This move started with a very rough start, but Johnny D, Donny, Gabe, and Carlos saved the day. I was promised and confirmed a lift gate truck several times during the move for my antique piano that is extremely heavy. That was my highest priority for the move. Nick a manager, the day before the move ask if I would put a fourth man on the crew because they needed him on a second job. That was a flat out lie.
