Two Men and a Truck Moving

Pueblo & Colorado Springs franchise >They come with a big smile from the salesman to the workers. The results are heartbreaking. The salesman tells you to take the breakables to save money and charges the full amount in the end. I took 90% of the breakables and his verbal words to not charge the full amount weren't true. They dumped 2 big boxes of liquids as they walked out the door: shampoo, dish detergent, soap, but took 100s of bottles of seltzer, vinegar, etc.

This is the third time I have used this company to move. The first time was great! Fast and efficient. The second time sub par. They broke a dresser, forgot furniture that I pointed out to be moved and other signs that I should have thought about before I hired them this last time. This last move was a disaster! I had two gentlemen working for me. One decided he could take multiple smoke breaks on my time. Then in the middle of his shift he quit. That put us back a couple of hours which I was still charged for.

The customer care of this establishment was poor to say the least. I was contacted by them when I asked for a quote on a move. The lady that talked to me sounded hostile when I was asking simple questions. She fixated on an itemized invoice. I wanted a rough estimate of the cost, not an exact cost which I could have gotten at a later time. I explained to her that she was being rude to me and she proceeded to be even more hostile.

I don't understand how this place received so many stars. I would and do not recommend this place for a business move. An estimator visited my site to scope the work before giving an estimate and clearly did not assess the scope of work correctly. In fact, when I called to complain, the representative, Katy, advised that he (the estimator) did not actually look at the items being moved. As a result, the movers showed up unprepared and did not have the knowledge base to complete my move.

The two movers were blaring music with a fence of curse words in the lyrics loud enough you could hear it a hundred yards away. Parent company had no response. I would highly recommend against using this company. I sat on hold with your business for 10 minutes twice calling to give you a chance to discuss this as you requested. changed to two stars from one as at least you responded professionally. Please tell your drivers they are not to BLARE offensive music while parked in the clients driveway.

These guys are the absolute worst.they were supposed to help me move my recently deceased moms stuff. They called us at 3:45 pm to tell us that cost of our 8am the next morning move had more than doubled. With less than 24 hours notice they doubled the cost and acted like it was nothing. My gf had been talking to them for two weeks. Alora gave us an estimate of up to 1,700.00. That was the estimate for two weeks.

The guys were nice and arrived on time, but we ordered 2 trucks and had less furniture when we moved the last time and they still didn't get it all on the truck. We had to call a friend with a truck and get the rest as we had to be out my 5:00pm that day, which they knew a head of time. I think they could have packed the trucks better!

Family member worked for this company during college so seemed natural to hire them and on his advice treated them really well with refreshments and bought them a nice lunch. What a mistake. These guys flat ripped me off. I was wise enough to keep misc electronic and small valuable things out of sight out of sight but these guys disconnected expensive electronic gear from its ceiling mount, took some of my tools from within a tool box and I set my IPad down on the counter to do final walk through with one of the…
