This would have been a 5 star review. I called them 3 days before my moving date. They told me they could move some stuff around to accomodate my Saturday morning move, so big props to them. They arrived at or before the scheduled time around 9am. They had everything packed and loaded into the truck in 2 hours or less for a 1.5 bedroom move, pretty fast for a 3 man crew given that the truck was a few hundred feet from the apartment.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. All n 1 is owned by the same individual that owns the non-profit Charlotte's web, and I booked with Charlotte's Web to pickup a (used) sofa that I wanted to donate. The three movers arrived, got 1 part of the sofa wrapped and on the truck when one of the movers realizes that he had my dog's hair on his outer coat. Charlotte Web's website requires that donated furniture be free of stains, rips/tears, or excessive wear - it does NOT mention animal hair.
If I could give this company negative 5 stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving company. They were hired by my apartment complex to move residents during renovations, and the entire experience was unacceptable. Looking back, I should have known I was in for a bad experience after hearing other residents talk about their belongings being damaged during their moves and having to get items replaced.
I called All n 1 Stop moving a month in advance to make arrangements for my move. After viewing their online quote form I thought it would be better to call them, to ensure that we were clear on what was needed - but when I called, they told me to fill out the quote on their website, so I did. After completing the online form, I received a quote, which I approved, so I thought we were all set.

Mistakenlly sent $750 dollars to their business through CashApp and they refuse to return it. They claim they don’t have it. My bank institution, Square Up, all claim it was transferred to their bank account. I’ve sent them copies of receipts and letters from bank claiming it was successfully transferred. It’s unfortunate that a business like this is thinking it’s ok to keep $750 that doesn’t belong to them. And unfortunate that legal actions have to be taken. Be careful when dealing with them.

We had a 6.5 hour move on Saturday. Mark, Jarome and Mike were all fantastic. They were professional, careful and hard working. I wanted to give a special shout out to Mike. He went above and beyond asking for specific instructions from us, getting to know us and had an unwavering positive attitude that that was contagious.
