All Out Moving & Storage - Chattanooga Movers

They got the job done....while breaking and losing my stuff. I had to lend tools to the crew to disassemble furniture (and now a screwdriver is missing). The truck was leaking hydraulic fluid on my driveway. A major piece of furniture was damaged, and there was additional damage to some drawers on another piece. The real annoying part is all the small lost items--a lamp shade, a part of a dog crate, the bins from a freezer.

I used them to move about a year ago. The actual day of and the movers themselves were great, but everything else was bad. They quoted me one price for insurance, and then they transferred me to the actual insurance company, I was told something different. After the move, there was a big billing error(overcharged me several hours) and they were impossible to get in touch with. I emailed multiple times, no response. I called multiple numbers multiple times, no answer and the voicemail inbox was full.

We moved this summer and used All Out. Somehow they “lost” multiple crates including our bed, all of my fiancé’s clothes, etc. All worth thousands of dollars total. The owner then said that he would cut the bill in half. Low and behold they ended up charging us the full amount. This is the least capable and most unprofessional business in general that I’ve ever dealt with in a long time. We are still considering legal action of some sort. PLEASE DO NOT use this business.

Hired this company based on the “fact” that it was veteran owned and operated. We moved in December of 2022 and stored our household goods for 5 weeks with All Out and then moved into a new residence in the first week of February 2023. We chose the option of purchasing insurance through All Out, the cost was $450 to purchase insurance to protect against damage incurred during the move.

Attempted to obtain a quote from this company and went through the numerous tedious steps of listing every item I own and explaining every possible scenario related to the move. This company is using an automated script to obtain quotes but presents it like it is a real person reaching out to you. Major red flag when the parameters I am providing are ignored.

I made the mistake of hiring all out movers paying them money for what I thought would be professional service. They were incredibly responsive when I was inquiring about their services, but the moment they got my payment and caused damage, they disappeared. I just recently found out that my big flat screen TV was broken due to their careless handling, only realizing it now as I’m finally getting settled in my new place. It’s an unexpected and frustrating expense that I shouldn’t have to deal with.

Check BBB Chattanooga for complaints before you consider doing business with this company. I have filed a detailed complaint which you can read and to which they have not responded. They are selling “Extraordinary Value” insurance policies for $575 that they are not licensed to sell and that do not exist. So when they damage your furniture or appliances, they have no choice but to hide from the client. Buyer beware. There is another Google review on here which details their claim handling process.

Movers were clearly amateurs and damaged multiple pieces of furniture during the move. They decided to unwrap all the protective coverings outside before moving the unprotected furniture inside. As a result, the walls & furniture were both damaged with scuffs, scratches, and literally chunks missing. We were not offered any insurance before the move and of course when we contacted the moving company about a damage claim it was denied because we “didn’t select” the insurance that was never offered.
