TLDR; Didn't send a big enough truck/enough guys to complete our move, leaving us in a panic to get moved right before closing. We booked a move across town with River City Moving and at that time stated we had a 4/3 (really 4/2.5) house. Our move day was two days before closing. We had already moved a lot of our things ourselves: most of the garage, books, attic items, etc. However, they did not show up with a truck big enough to haul all of our things.

These movers were nothing but professional! They cared for my belongings, as if they were theirs. Very friendly people who did an outstanding job! Update: Found out later, after the move, that my grandkids bedtime was broken, they scarred up the bedroom floor, by dragging furniture across it( should have used coasters to place on furniture, before moving....) I'm sure if I keep looking, Ill find more things wrong. What a disappointment!

Fast, efficient, polite, careful, pleasant to work with, & fair price. I needed a very small moving job completed & a few folks referred Neil & his team. I reached out to Neil on a Sunday and he responded in less than an hour with a quote, and also worked in a time that would work well for us even on short notice. Price was very fair. The team that arrived to complete the move was exactly On time & made quick work for the few items & were perfectly careful around all other furniture/doors etc.

This was my first experience using a moving company so I was a little nervous. I researched a few different companies in Chattanooga. I went with River City Moving because they had great reviews, their price was good compared to other companies, and they were able to fit me in with short notice. I’m so glad I chose RCM! Truck arrived on time. The driveway where I moved from was steep and not easy to get the truck in, but they managed to maneuver the truck in and started loading items right away.
