DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS NECESSARY TO KEEP THEIR CLIENTS INFORMED IN A TIMELY NANNER. WE MOVED FROM ONTARIO TO NEW BRUNSWICK. M9VERS WERE 5 HOURS LATE FOR THE PICK UP. M9VERS SAID THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB, THE OFFICE SAID THEY GOT STUCK IN TRAFFIC. OUR HOUSEHOLD WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO NEW BRUNSWICK 5 DAYS LATER. WE WAITED FOR UPDATES FROM THE OFFICE EARLY IN THE WEEK, NO RESPONSE TO OUR TEXTS OR EMAILS . THE DAY WE WERE TO RECEIVE OUR ITEMS, AGAIN NO RESPONSE.
Dont believe any of the 5 star reviews! This company is full of scammers. I have never dealt with any company that is as unprofessional and dishonest. To my my items 15 minutes away costed more than what I spent to move my stuff from Edmonton to Toronto. They came 6 hours later than the time I was told a few weeks before. Dispatch never called me to confirm any changes.
Arrived 2 and half hours late did not bring enough moving blankets to cover furniture resulting in multiple pieces being damage was quoted 1280.00 to move a bedroom suite 1 dresser 1 armoire queen size bed a sitting room with tv two arm chairs tv and stand and a lift chair a dining room set hutch buffet dinning table 4 chairs and a server plus living room consisting of 2 end tables a coffee table no couches love seats or chairs no appliances no kitchen items and 50 boxes quote was for 1280.00 come time for unload…
So horrible. I don’t even know what to say. Just a FEW of the problems: 1. Changed the time on the day of the move by 5 hours 2. Charged double the quote (tried to charge four times the quote) 3. Movers “stopped for food” - they actually held our stuff hostage until we agreed to pay another $600 4. Movers got snow and mud all over the house
The guys who did the move were great did everything I asked. When I asked. Lots of hard work. They had little to no equipment. Little and low experience. I had to help move several items and for the price of $4500 I definitely shouldn't have been lifting a finger. Then to tip it all off. After they loaded the truck they demanded pay before unloading. Not sure if they are aware. That's called extortion. Not only did they extort me. But wanted money through e transfer which can't do $4000.
After a particularly unpleasant experience with "All Over Canada", I would strongly recommend against considering this company for your next move. - Movers arrived nearly three and a half hours later than the time requested. - Unclear costing resulted in a final bill that was punitive and substantially higher than expected. - An "early signing" discount was promised but never given.
TOTAL SCAM!!! First of all they showed up 4 hours late in a rented truck. They had quoted $1100.00 and when they got there price changed to $4700.00. We did not have much left to move. We had done most of olit already. The good reviews on here can't be real. The one kid that was there said this happens all the time. Be careful as if you have time constraints that got ya! I had 2 months so I requested they leave. They will try and keep your deposit so make sure you use Visa so they can fight it with any mover.
This is a scam They use fake google accounts to boost their ratings. They charge by the weight then refuse to show you the way bill. So you have to take them at their word. They will not ship your stuff until paid in full. They refused to give me a contract They screen calls so that don’t have to talk to their customers. I have been trying to find out where my stuff is for a week. My only option now is to call the cops

I thank Anna again for being honest with me and providing me with everything in the quote. I moved from Sudbury to Hamilton and received a quote for $3300 she called me the week of the move and confirmed the list did change the quote increased to $3900.00 when movers arrived to my location they checked inventory to see if anything changed. Total price did not increase or decrease. My move was a success I am still checking for any damages. keep you all posted.
Moving is always challenging but not with the All Over Canada Vanlines. The team was at our doorstep by the early morning and took all our stress away. The professional movers handled the trickiest part as dragging down of the cumbersome …
