ALL PURPOSE JUNK AND MOVING

Did not receive good service. we had broken furniture after an extremely long move. The ghosted us and never tried to return calls, or emails. They did not pay for damage. Very unprofessional.

This company took our money for a deposit and then totally ghosted us- they didn't show up on the agreed upon moving date with no notice, and ignored our numerous texts and calls. Update: 6 hours after the time we expected the movers, we got a call promising they could arrive asap(which is tomorrow) or return our deposit. We chose to get our deposit back. I appreciate their willingness to apologize for the mistake and return our deposit.

movers was great. but boss was very unorganized and unprofessional.when i first called to make and appointment i explained what i wanted and gave me a rate of 165$ . next day he got my number wrong which was an honest mistake but i contacted him an hour before the appointment and he told me “ they didn’t have me on schedule for that day because i didn’t accept the agreement “ i explained i didn’t receive it and he put wrong number also said “we don’t have any times today but we can come tomorrow” i said ok and he…

By far the worst move I have ever experienced. Before the move I filled out the itemized forms listing everything in my apartment. I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a few heavy pieces of furniture but nothing excessive, and most of the items were boxed and stacked, ready to be moved out with a dolly. They sent a tiny truck and two men. My first conversation with them I expressed concerns about the size of the truck as well as pricing being that they only had the 2 of them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company and would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them negative stars. First, they arrived 30 minutes late. When they did show up, they brought the wrong size truck, which forced them to make two trips—something that should have been planned correctly from the beginning. This immediately turned what should have been a straightforward move into a drawn-out, stressful process.

This moving experience was a total disappoint. Two men showed up to move us from a 3br apartment and it took 4 hours to put the items in the truck with the help of 7 of our friends. It was not a speedy process and the manager had an attitude when we shared our disappointment saying "if you had 7 people why did you hire movers?". We ended up unloading the entire torch ourselves instead of paying more money for them to be slow.

DON'T book any jobs with this company. The information regarding pricing is not up front.I was charged 340.00 for a 1 hour total loading and to the destination hour an twenty minutes. You pay them to leave the warehouse and tolls to drive a total of 5 miles to the destination and an unspecified truck fee😒😒😒 JUST DONT BOTHER Update ,this was 3 years ago. My husband made the booking, not my nephew. They are just getting around to a response, a joke,I said what I said!!!!!

whoever was driving this truck must have thought he was in a Ferrari with the way he was driving. We get it, it’s 8:30 and you want to get home but don’t put peoples lives in danger! Anyways, this trucks engine and brakes must be really good with the way he’s flooring it just to stop at each stop light lol. Buddy in the truck ended up with the worst luck hitting all 4 lights before the bridge going into campostella coming from the Scope arena 😂
