Terrible service office manger rude disrespectful my storage was broken into and manger acted nonchalant about it premises doesn’t have enough security near storage units I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent dem this storage place it’s located in a high crime area

Edit: The “owner” per the response below, asked me to reach out, but didn’t reply. The office denied my request to be refunded despite my moving out in 4 days. The star above is solely for Donna as she was the only one with decency and professionalism. Please work with her directly should you decide to use this unit. Today (10/5), as I was heading up the elevator to my unit, I ran into the manager, Rebecca. Her first words to me were, “Are you Samantha?

I have never in my life had to go back and forth with someone on the staff of a business. Rebecca is very argumentative with the customers. Also there was a time there was someone else who did not work at the store going into the computer, looking at my account, and also asking questions about my financial situation. I called the corporate office 2 weeks ago and was told I’d receive a call from the district manager. I’ve never been treated with such unprofessional behavior. Get it together Ocean Storage!

The storage units themselves are fine but it seems like every-time it’s time for a payment there’s always an issue on their end. Really unorganized and unprofessional. Asked payment to be moved several times they said they’d take care of it but it has yet to be done.

I'm outraged how much Ocean Storage Norfolk increased my monthly storage from $250 to $300 per month after just a few months of being their customer!!! This type of practices should be illegal. I don't recommend this company for this reason.

The manager has the worst attitude ever. No concept of running a business. The facility is clean but no concept of customer service whatsoever.

It was $200 a month when I started 3 years ago. It's over $400 now. The facility is beautifully clean. But more than $400?

I rent office space at Ocean Storage on Little Creek. I cannot speak highly enough about the space itself and the staff. The facility is always spotlessly clean. The prices are more than fair. The staff is the best of the best!! They are what makes the difference here! Rebecca and Donna in the office are highly professional, very friendly, extremely conscientious, and just plain very good at what they do. I am in awe of how well they manage this facility, and how quickly and efficiently they assist customers.

It was very clean. I had some boxes and items opened. Nothing was damaged. I was away from my storage for a month when I went back to it every thing was fine. I was very happy.
