DO NOT go with this company you will be disappointed and end up with damages that they are not willing to 100 % replace/fix.!!!!!! I scheduled movers to come out to our home in Renton and move all our furniture and boxes to our new home in Auburn. The movers were a young fellow and an older one. The younger one was moving fast, and the older one was moving slow.
Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve had. Could give negative star if it was available. All Service Movers initially quoted me $165/hr, but the nightmare began on moving day. The crew showed up 2 hours late, then moved like sloths — taking nearly an hour to pack one box. They casually mentioned sending an “extra person” without clarifying costs and then suddenly billed me $240/hr. I ended up calling a friend to help me pack 20 boxes while I told the movers to just move things, not pack.
SCAMMERS. They quoted me 4 hours but ended up taking 9 hours even after they were in person and said it would end by 1pm they didn’t finish until past 6pm. Also furniture they put back together is no longer safe and moves/creaks. Feels like they deliberately slowed down nice process or sent the slowest workers and held our property hostage until they got more than double the original quote. Manager hasn’t called me back with any resolution to this matter. Very dishonest company.
I had a terrible experience with All Service Moving and would give them 1 star if I could give less. After my move was completed, I paid the final invoice on October 7th, totaling $1,478.45 (after deducting my $100 deposit). John U., the mover, gave me a receipt showing this as the final amount. Then on October 8th, I was hit with an unexpected extra charge of $92.50 for no reason. I called All Service Moving several times on October 8, 9, and 12 to resolve this, but no one ever picked up.
On September 23 I contacted All My Sons Moving and Storage to secure their services for the following weekend. The person on the phone quoted me some information. A few hours later I received a call from another employee to clarify some things because the first person I spoke with was new as a didn't quite get it right and didn't want me to have surprise costs. The day before the move, the company called my husband to tell him that one of the 2 man team members had Covid and they weren't sure what to do.
I am very sorry to have to leave a bad review but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with this company, after they gave us a window of arrival from 1-4pm on a saturday, it was 5pm and they still didnt know when will they would show up to do our move, when they finally showed up at 6:30pm, they had no idea our place had stairs, they had no idea of the amount of the stuff we were moving, they showed up with the wrong truck size that unfortunately couldn't fit through our alley way, anyway, lot of…
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with all service moving. First, when booking, they didn't disclose the 45 minute "billable travel time." We picked them because they were local based upon their south seattle office address, but only later learned that they bill you drive time from Tukwila. All this would have been fine if they had been transparent.
Really disappointed with the service I received. I had two movers to move a 900 Sq ft apartment to a 2200 sq ft house. We don't have a lot to move. Took 6 hours and I had almost every thing boxed and just the bed needed to taken apart and needed to wrap up the side tables and big pieces. They were very disorganized. One was doing most of the work the other would sit around on his phone and wait for the other mover to tell him what to do.

From the first call to book the move, until all items were placed in my home and unwrapped, the professionals at All Service were responsive, on time, and a great value. This is actually the second time I have used All Service Movers. They did such a great job the first time that I did not hesitate to call them for this job. K. "Slice" M. and Nick T. were prompt and communicated with me every step of the way, on the day of the move.
All Service Moving were the only good thing that came of our moving experience thus far. I'll save you the long list of headaches my wife and I have experienced buying our first home, but we're so grateful to have Jack, Manny and Nicklaus help us move our belongings across town. Our appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, prior to that the team had an unexpected issue with the truck and let us know they might be 30 mins late.
I picked these guys for an interstate move (WA -> CA) I did last year and I really have only good things to say. I shopped between a lot of different moving companies, and these guys came in with a quote that was much more reasonable than what several other companies were quoting me. Also, unlike almost any other company I talked to, All Service promised I'd have a dedicated truck that would show up, load my stuff, drive immediately to the destination, and unload the next day.
I had a very positive experience working with All Service Moving on my multi-step move. First, a crew arrived in Sept. to move me out of a three-story townhouse. That crew did a pretty good job, but definitely dinged up a stairway that had been freshly painted. I contacted the office and they immediately agreed to pay my painter to come back to make the repairs. I then contracted through All Service to store all my stuff for a few months before being ready at the new home.
