I asked the lady with blonde hair when I moved in to please do not mail anything to my home, and she did. There is a young kid maintenance guy, Hispanic great kid. My access hrs were minis from being open and someone came thru with I guess 24 hr access which I wasn't offered at time of move in. I went thru and gathered my items and left. Some white guy on a cart came flying thru like he was the police trying to stop my car and I drive up to the gate to punch out.

Called to get a quote on a 10x10 unit... they charge $220 for an indoor unit with no drive-up door. Went 2 exits down the freeway and got the same unit somewhere else for $105/month with the first month only being $1. Call around and AVOID ripoffs like this.
Hello Michael, thank you for sharing your thoughts, however our website clearly states that our 10 x 10 units are presently priced at $224 per month with a 50% discount for the first two months that would bring your rent down to $112 per month for the first two months.

So far i have had nothing but an amazing experience with these guys and young lady so far. Very professional but also it felt like working with a friend. Ray, the driver, was prompt with his arrival and was able to answer any additional questions i had about my unit and their hours. Highly recommend looking into them if you are local to the area.

Natasha at All Star Storage is amazing!! She made renting our storage unit seamless. At a time when stress was at an all time high, she somehow managed to bring us peace. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind which made working with her an absolute pleasure.
