Went to get RV to take out for vacation and discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen as well as tow kit, harness, grill, everything. Learning about broken gate by reading a previous review. If the gate was broken, we should have been notified and a guard placed at the gate until repairs were made. When we asked if there had been any other reports of theft they confirmed there were. Again, why were we not notified of the recent reports and to have us come check our property?

Since day one it's been a total nightmare dealing with Tracy the manager she is very intrusive and unprofessional when dealing with customers. I have called countless times and left phone messages. Emails have been left unanswered. Last month I was locked out of the storage facility due to Tracys sub standard work ethics. Yes it was my error according to Tracy she is a total compulsive liar to cover up her mistakes.

I stored my rv here for several years. They just hired a new management firm and I have to say bad move. My catalytic converter was stolen off the RV. They reviewed the tapes and I was told they didn't see any suspicious activity. I was also told they are not responsible for the theft. I understand they can't be responsible for all the theft however, they can do more to make sure the property is secured. I was told they have security in the fencing and cameras.

BEWARE!!! They are under new management. This place has gone down hill. We arrived this morning at the gate to pick up our RV for a trip. The gate was open so anybody could go in. There was a sign that said the gate is broken. Our catalytic converter was stolen. We called the office three times and left messages every time. Nobody called back. They raised our rent 100%. I don't recommend this place to anyone. What do you get for 100% rent increase?

I’ve had at least 4 rent increases since I’ve been here. I reached out via email twice to management through the office staff regarding what seemed like excessive increases with zero response. I went today to drop off my trailer and after I pulled up to the gate I noticed a small note stating the gates broken. It would have been nice to have gotten a notification before I wasted part of my Sunday and gas trying to return my trailer.

Employees are very unprofessional. Sloppy. And dishonest. They have no heart and think nothing but them selves. I would go to stay storage they are professional and are there for the customer to the end. I was with stay for 7 years. 3 miserable years at this dive menifee. I am not the only customers that feel this way. Tracy I is the devil herself. Satan

We were there for 3 years. Rent for a disabled veteran went from 130 to 230 a month with little notice. Buyer beware! Best decision to leave this place.
